Last year  made an appointment with these people.  After listening to him try to sell me photovoltaic panels I told him that my real purpose was to waste his time and cost him money.  I haven't had a call since.

This number calls my business at least 3 times a day, and if I answer, they hang up.  If I don't, they wait until my voicemail come on, leaving me an empy message.  I called 719-434-4617 back an the first thing I heard was a pre-recorded message saying "if you'd like to be removed from our calling list, press 1"  So I did, then I was prompted to leave a name and number to be removed.  I hope it worked, how annoying to be bothered like this while I'm at work.

Keep getting these sales call for furnance and solar panels.  I am on the DNC list but it does not seem to work anymore.  I told the lady that called about being on the DNC list but she just laughed.  I told her that I will file a FCC complaint and she laughed again told me to make sure I got the company name right.  SOLAR BEAR!  Then she hung up.  I am still getting there calls but I do not answere anymore.

Have had four or five calls from them in the last month.  The first one I answered, woman was rude when I told her I wasn't interested.  She insisted that it was important to have our gas lines checked annually, I told her AGAIN that I wasn't interested and she hung up.  I ignored several of the next calls.  Received another one today, made it very clear that I wasn't interested in hearing from them again, she said that she only wanted to know if I was having my gas lines checked (yeah right, you're not trying to sell me something at all!).  I told her I wasn't interested, she said "have a nice day" and hung up before I could say "you too."  I make it a point to try to be polite to people (even telemarketers) because they're just people doing their job, but this company is making it quite hard to keep my patience.

they identify themselves as "solar bear", a heating and cooling company.  They continue to call my "do not call" numbers and are very rude.

I  just got a call and now they are Solar Bear Company.

The calls never stop! 4 times today alone. Lost our home in the fire, everything, pets, cars, trying to deal w/ insurance, etc. This is the last thing I want to deal with. I just called Solar Bear he said he is working with the sheriff's dept/police dept and that it's just some 'geeks who have nothing better to do' who are calling.

I find it really interesting about your post, however I noticed that your post has a differant number than the one I looked up. This is confussing. Can you shed some light on this????

They call almost daily despite my request to be removed from their solicitation list. It's disturbing that they completely disregard DNC lists and my personal requests for them to STOP calling.

They call once a week every flipping week. Most of the time I can't even get anyone on the phone to tell them to stop calling. I looked them up on BBB since the 719-434-4617 number does not ever seem to reach a human when I call it. I dialed 719-434-4606 and spoke to Steven who said he'd have my nmber removed from the dialer...I hope so. I've gotten so sick of these marketing calls I've just started screaming in the phone and hanging up since they don't seem to get the hint when I politly tell them to stop

This fricken company calls using various techniques. Plumbing, windows and since asking to be removed from call list, they just call and sit there and then hang up. 719-434-4617. Located here in Colorado Springs.

They call here all the time even AFTER REPEATEDLY ASKING AND TELLING them to PLEASE REMOVE us from THEIR CALLING LIST. Instead NOW IT'S SOLAR BEAR WINDOWS and sometimes I PICK UP AND THEY DO NOT SAY ANYTHING!!! My phone I found has a built in BLOCKING thingy. I'm the wife to James. Please don't think my husband James would use such technical terms such as thingy.

It's the start of a new month and Solar Bear just called.  Robo calls are just so bothersome.

I've gotten several calls from "Solar Bear" Colorado Springs. Just got another. Yes, the DNCR is so full of loopholes that allow these calls to take place. But the phone companies providing Robo Call Technology need to be heavily fined for charging us "miscellaneous fees" that fund this technology and give breaks to businesses that get away from being included in the DNCR and are not legitimate.

Apparently they ignore the "do not call" list!

SOLAR BEAR and SCOTT BIDWELL are calling the people throughout the Phoenix Metro area as well with phone number 480-699-0166.  Harrassing little calls that are dead air when answered.  They don't seem to respond to certified letters either to take you off their list - Right of Privacy Lawsuit - here I come!

Stop calling.  We never answer our phone anyway.

This was from a heating and a/c company. Why am I all of a sudden getting all sorts of calls that I shouldn't be getting when I'm both on the Federal and my state's do not call list?????

Caller ID shows Solar Bear CO.  They call all hours and if I decided to answer they hang up, if not no message left.   I am on the do not call list and my next stop is to report them.  I called the number back and selection the option to remove me from their calling list only to continue to receive calls.  This does not sound like a reputable company.  I would avoid any business with them.  Since it is a Colorado Springs telephone number I am going to BBB also and suggest everyone else do so also.

Got another call from this number about an hour ago. Have received two junk Robo calls this morning.  This makes call #6 since 2 Feb 2012.

Hung up when I answer the phone

So far I have got more than 20 calls - most of them missed and no voice mail from these guys. Twice I answered and realized these are some plumbing company - I asked them not to call me as I do not live in Colorado anymore but the calls continue to come :-(

Just got the fifth call this month from this number.  This one did not id itself over call id.  What's a consumer supposed to do?????

Got the 4th call in a month from Colorado Spr Co.  No msg.
