When I pick the phone up, it sounds like someone is trying to send a fax.

A couple of months ago a lot of people got this same message on their voicemail, along the lines of....  "Reduced rates on your credit cards... Consider this your last chance.... (20+  times and counting.)    This is a scam.   The female voice in the message is exactly the same one as before.  The last number was spoofed from a psychic hookup line.  Now it seems they changed to a new number.

Have been receiving phone calls from this number for several weeks.  No voice mail left always asks for a call back. I have not returned the phone call and do not plan too.
