It is a recording for Google Plus Local Business Listing. Below is a summary of what the automatic message says:

"Press 1 to check the status of your listing.
Press 2 to be removed from our list."

- I pressed 2 and this is what the automatic message says:

"Does your business have a website?

When I hung up, I tried callling back the number and it says, "this number has been disconnected." When you get a call from this number, the name on caller ID says, "Private Name."

From Rose something or other.  Get rich quick type system.  You spam voicemails, and when they call back and sign up you get paid.

Do not answer... sales call.
