I just got the same thing from a miss brown stating if I didnt call them back immediately they would put a 72 hour locator on me?

she was sweet to me and she helped me on my case .you must didn't have the money and if the state didn't come they will.

I received the same call from the same person Beth, Ms. Brown, yesterday morning, evening and this morning. It's BS!!!

SCAM trying to collect on a payday loan they said i received...checked all my bank statements never received one at all at the time they are indicating.  Gave them my attorneys info, lets see if they stop!

This is a scam. They claim they are J&J Law Group. I spoke to Mrs. Parker and Sarah Stern. They claimed they had an affidavit against me for criminal charges stemming from a loan that I never repaid Cash Central. The more I talked to them, the more I discovered holes in their story.  They claimed that the loan went to collections in 2011 to which I noted that it was interesting that a debt of $550 unpaid and in collections was never on my credit report. I asked for document in writing and they told me I would have to retain a criminal attorney and that they were not authorized to give me any documentation pertaining to this debt.

They claimed I was being charged with a felony. I continued to state that I dispute these charges and that this was a mistake on their part.

I then called Cash Central and they assured me I was in good standing with them for my past loan. They also noted that they are aware of the scam. These jerks should be ashamed of themselves for trying to scam people.

Id anything come from all this? I have received two calls in the last 3 days from thus number saying its a state filing against me and that I need to govern myself accordingly ot they will place a 72hr locator on me ?!! Im freakin out a lil bit!

F that Iv'e been calling them all day asking for the boss and they don't have one ...I will call until i die.

got the same call saying all of the above threatning me that they would put me on a 20 four hour locater if they dont hear from me is this a scam or what

I got two calls today from this number and from a "Miss. Brown" she left a message.  So I called just because I did not have a clue what they were talking about.  first time was a voicemail and the second this little girl sounding person called me by another name. She asked me to hold and after a minute I hung up.  They have yet to call me back.  Threats to take to my DA, 72 hour locator and so on.  Like I have nothing better to do with my work time than scam calls

Just got the same call saying all of the above but when I called back the voice mail was very unprofessional no way is this a real law firm. Please don't waste your time!

Missed a call from this number about an hour ago.  Listened to the voicemail and a Mrs. Brown pretty much gave me the same spiel she gave everyone else.  When she went into verifying my information the call cut off.  Total scam.  Unless you actually receive something in the mail in writing from the company you have not paid and they are listed as the debtor, don't give anyone anything over the phone. You cannot be arrested in 72 hours for failing to comply with this fictitious law firm. Just block 'em.

Same thing just happened to me. I went and made a report at our local Police Dept. I was told that I had 3 charges being pressed against me for Fraud, theft by deception, and I cant remember the 3rd. She told me that I took out a loan for $550. She knew all my personal information.. that is the scary thing. I became excited, as you would imagine, and she hung up on me too. When I asked her if I could talk to someone else, she said, "Yes the dial tone" and hung up. Apparently I wasn't allowed to contact this J & J Law Firm either because I had a no contact order.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Got a call from this #. Says they are J&J Law Firm. Stacey Ford was very rude and threatened with a law suit. Don't know what for. When I laughed and called out her scam she hung up. These people need to be reported and caught. I am sick of wasting my time with these phone calls.
