Called asking for a former employee. Had no option to indicate that they no longer work here, so hung up, called back. Got in touch with someone and they updated their records to show that person no longer worked here.

These people keeps calling me about an account I never had.

Just a collection company harrassing anyone they can. I use the YouMail program and just put any number they call from on ignore or apply the service disconnection greeting to make them think the number has been disconnected. I NEVER EVER answer any number that I don't 100% recognize on my cell work or home numbers. I bet they'll tire of calling before I tire of them. It's just a simple setting for me to make in YouMail.

Keeps calling my number which is on the do not call list.  They hang up when I answer.  This happens multiple times a day!

The call is coming from CHase Bank. It is a debt collector. THey call my number, even though I have told them over and over again, my Husband handles the money since He is the one working. I hope that helps you guys out. They have called over and over again. For some reason, they would rather not listen to what I have told them many times.,

THey called my number and yet they only want to talk to my husband. WHy would they just call his number and not mine. THat just does not make any sense what so ever.

no message and no ring when i call back. a woman answered who knew my girlfriend's name. i don't know.

Random call - no message. They called my Business Phone too so I didn't pick up. Idiots......

I do not think they have to put you on a do not call list unless they are selling something, ie: telemarketers. If you owe them money & they are a debt collection agency then they have the right to call the last known number until proven that the number does not belong to the responsible debt party. I like to start this calls off by telling them that "I am required by law to inform you that this phone call is being recorded and any information from this call can be used in a court of law if necessary - bye remaining on the line you are agreeing to have me record this call and that the information can be used in a court of law" they get really edgy when you tell them this, then you go on to say "May I please have your name, your employee identification number & the name of the company you are representing for future reference" I always get, why do you need that? or No? then you ask them who they are calling for and let them know that you are not that person and that any further attempts to contact this person on the phone number they have called will be met with a lawsuit for harassment, and that you will be forwarding this recording to your attorney if they call back along with your incoming phone records.  This may or may not be correct & may or may not work, but its good to give these people a taste of their own medicine.

Got a call from this number and called them back. Pinnacle financial...prob credit agency outsourced to collect a credit card debt

just got a call from that number. asking for some random "aisha" and i said: "put my number on your do not call list". and the guy started laughing and said no. and he said go right ahead.... so surely enough i am going to report that number. PER FCC REQUIREMENTS, THEY ARE PROHIBITED FROM CALLING YOU FOR 10 YEARS. OH... i called the company just now and asked what the company is called a lady called LINDA picked up the phone and the company name is PINACLE FINANCIAL GROUP... asked her to put me on the do not call list. lets see what happens.

Just got a call from them. Called them back. Apparently they are Third Financial Group.
