This is Kristen with 20/20. I came across this site after googling my name.  I am disappointed to see the negative things being said on here about my company and Co-workers.  20/20 is a very reputable companyand we have helped over fifteen thousand individuals and business owners with their tax issues.  There have been companies out there who have claimed"Pennies on the dollar"settlements for all their potential clients, and filed an offer in compromise for each client they brought on board, knowing full wellmost would never qualify.  After 6 months to a year, their offer would come back rejected, leaving these people in a worse position than before acquiring representation since they would assume all the penalty and interest accumulated during that time.  The two notable outfits pulling this scam were shut down a few years ago and their officers served (maybe still serving?) Prison time. Although, these scammers have been shut down, there are still better and worse companies in the industry.  I sincerely consider 20/20 to be the best.  This was where I first worked after acquiring my BA.  I worked here two years and moved out of state.  I came back to 20/20a year and a half ago, realizing it isn't easy finding a great company to work for where the owners truly care about their employees and are passionate about helping people during their period of financial difficulties.  If I, or one of my Co-workers call, just kindly answer the phone.  We are calling to let you know what your options are and see if there is anything we can do to help. We have been in businessover 14 years and have an A+ rating with the better business bureau.  If you don't owe back taxes, then we simply have a wrong number and apologize.  Thanks so much!

Got a call today - I had a feeling it was a scam/cold caller, so I played along...  the guy mentioned some kind of outstanding tax lien on the business and wanted to know if it had been resolved.  

I was surprised that he went away without much of a fight (I actually hoped he'd be more feisty!)... but I politely told him that I'm sure that if there were any tax issues with the business, that our accountant would let us know - and in that case, we would resolve them quickly.  

He wasn't much fun.

I love the idea of calling them back to play with them tho... that sounds fun!

Kristen Craft call regarding some good news about a tax matter. At first, she asked for the owner of the company. I asked her, what's his name? She answered: "Mr. *******". I answered: "You got the wrong number, sweetie".
Now, I enjoy my free time calling this f****ng w***e to get a pizza or even a chinesse food delivery. Sometimes I even use her as my personal yellow pages.

To start with i love being able to pull up 800Notes... Reading data on this number while answering the line at the same time, helps me understand how to deal with incoming caller.   Thank you all for posting your comments.

Some loser just called me from this number and mumbled something about looking for the number for some management company... how in the hell would I know???  Call 411 you idiots.

"Kristen Craft" with 2020 called with "good news about a tax matter" concerning our business. SCAM!

This is a scam.  Someone just called me from this number and did not sound credible on voice mail they left and to top it off they were leaving a message for someone else that has been out of business for two years!

These guys don't give up.  
I just let it go to VM when I see 2020 on caller ID.
But, they still call several times each day and leave messages.
They must be certain that if we pick up the phone that we will fall prey to their scam.
Losers!!

This number called my home phone while I was away and my daughter answered.  The number seemed stranger than normal so I looked it up here.  According to this site, it seems to be a scam.  Thank You!  Now the next time they call I can have some fun messing with them!

This Lauren girl left me a voice mail today regarding "good news and taxes". Those words don't go together. She ended the call telling me to have a "blessed day." Total B.S. waste of time...thought others should know...

Lauren Garnett......Please if you are going to call business owners and fake "a tax issue" at least sound like you know what you speak of and to whom you speak to. Really! Stop harassing people and get a job that does not require scamming and lying to people. Drop to your knees, ask for forgiveness, and get a job you and your parents can be proud of!

Have been receiving calls from this number regarding "a tax issue." Rude and aggressive caller. Have read that this is a scam,which I believe because my business has no outstanding tax issues.

Back taxes solicitation call received today, and this is the third or fourth time.  I don't have any back taxes.  Wish they would stop wasting my cell minutes.

a woman called from 20/20 about a federal tax lien.  I'm on the do not call list but they must ignore that!  She wanted to help me settle.  really?!  don't call me at 7:30 in the morning b*$%#~
