I have been in dyer need of this loan for $2500 would keep me and my children in our house. They called asking for $140 so I put that on a green dot card gave it to them, then the IRS had a hold and I needed to go buy another green dot for $120, so stupidly I did. Gave it to them, then it was one last fee for $100, still no money I am out my last $360 and on the verge of being homeless. Please don't let this happen to you, research everything before you make a decision & never send money upfront. FEELING STUPID AND ASHAMED. THE NAMES THEY USED, STAN LEE AND MICHAEL JONES.

this is not the first time this has happened to me... Deff a scam. However, 'Ryan Cooper" just called from this number offering me a $3,500 loan. They apparently are scamming that somehow too. Probably to get financial info from people.

Anyway, last year these types made my life hell. The called the switchboard at my company over and over again and filled every line for 2 days. He was rude and relentless. I never gave in and eventually they went away. I am fortunate and my job did not take it personal.

Lori, you are not going to jail. No collection agency can legally threaten you with that. Research the laws for payday loans in your area. In some area, there is relativily no backlash for not paying them back.

I had this number call me just a minute ago. He said he was calling from the irs department. Saying I had some loans that were not paid I never took out loans. He also said his name is jack o connor b***s*** name for an indian guy. I took down his information and told him I would have my accountant look into it.

I have been receiving calls for a couple of months now from this same people I've received several different numbers over the times that I have talked to them. I talked to a couple of different people they started out with the name of micheal brown they would tell me that I owed money for a pay day loan but that they couldn't give me any information such as a date or who they were representing but that I could settle this without going to court for 410.00 dollars each time refusing to pay anything without them giving me any information, they would tell me my personal information email address and such each time they said the same that they wished me luck and they would start legal proceddings. Tonight I received another call from them telling me that I had only tonight to settle the debt or I would receive a visit from my local sheriff and a federal investigator to take me in to start legal proceedings I again asked him for information he told me his name was jack oconnor and that he was from credit bureau of investigation and that he represented cash net USA and that it would take 410.00 dollars to settle and stop the proceeding  he also told me that the loan was deposited in June of 2011, I was ready this time and had all my bank statements available and told him that I was reviewing my statement to see the deposit and replied with the answer that there was no deposit in june of 2011 for the amount or from tthat company then  he asked to put me on hold and said that they would do a good faith hold on the legal proceeding if I would pay 25percent of what was owed which totaled 110.00 dollars and would give me until tomorrow morning by 9am and a contact number 724-215-0256 ext299 . I then started to do some investigating on the credit bureau of investigation and found this. How do I know for sure this is a scam? Can anyone tell me?

i keep getting the same call about $1200 to settle out of court for a loan I nevery took out.

I just received 5 missed calls from this number back to back with no voice mail.  No legitimate company would ever do something like this.  Sounds like a scam.
