i am also on a do not call list but it does nathing to stop teh calls!!!

Im on the do not call list. I'm tired of receiving calls on my cell phone from them.

Don't answer these calls. They're trolling random numbers to see if someone picks up. Once you pickup, they add your number to the list, and keep calling it, and sell it to other telemarketers. I don't answer calls unless it's a number I recognize. If it's anyone important, and I miss the call, they'll leave a message.

Got a call from this number today. Did not answer, due to someone tried to scam me a couple years ago.

I never received these type of calls until I put my number on a Do Not Call List. I think the Do Not Call Lists are a hoax for people to received these unwanted calls.

Seems to be no way to stop these calls. This one is like many others and will not talk when the phone is answered.  Telephone Company says have to put up with it.  These calls start at 8:00 am.

I called the number back. They said they got my number because I asked for a car insurance quote. I told them I hadn't and that I wanted to be removed from their call list. they said it takes 24-48 hours. we'll see what happens.

I get at least one call every day to every other day from this number! When I just tried calling back it said i dialed an invalid number!

I am also getting calls from this number, they call twice a week.

I too am on the do not call list for my state and national. This number called within 2x within 3 minutes and has across the top of the  number on my caller ID  V7011 and a bunch of other numbers

5 weeks ago, I canceled my elderly father's Sears warranty for a TV that he purchased back in 1996.  Since then, we have been bombarded by this number & other's all pointing back to Sears.   We receive at least 2-3 calls a day & night from them.  The first time they called after canceling, I spoke with them to tell them to stop calling, & remove us from their list, but to no avail.  

When they do call,  I let it go to voicemail, they do not leave a message, except once where a woman was frustrated saying that "All I get is voicemail, voicemail, voicemail", with the call center noise in the background. No name, no nothing...  

Sears use to be a reputable company, until the early 2000's when they merged with K-mart. Since then, their business practice, pricing & overall quality have gone down the tubes.  Looking forward to the day, they actually go bankrupt.

These are the games they are playing now.   These days you can't buy a toaster without signing something  that says something in the fine print that you can't wait for a slew of telemarketing calls.   Some outfits, like Sears, have even made it part of signing the electronic pad for credit card purchases.   Another aspect is buying anything places you in an "established business relationship" with not only the seller, but their affiliates as well--and the industry's definition of "affiliate" can include anyone they can sell a list to.   (I found this out after staying at a Hampton Inn once and suddenly started getting time share/vacation  pitches from Hilton telemarketers even though I'm on the DNC.)    Basically, you are a target for 18 months after you make a purchase, establishing a "business relationship" with anyone.   In fact a mere query about something will open you up to calls for three months.  It's one of the myriad of exceptions to the federal Do  Not Call list.   You can specifically opt out, but since you usually have no idea you opted in, that's difficult.     The telemarketing industry is working hard to push the limits and work around the DNC to the point of making it irrelevant. And then of course you have the folks who just plain lie about it.

reported this number to fcc. wanted to give me an auto insurance quote. i am on do not call lists and dude said i signed up for a quote. not true. said he would put me on the do not call list. i report buddy so you better.

This is the first time they called but I don't want them calling again because of what I read above. I am also on the do my call list and they even called my cell phone.

Get calls from this company and they say "We received your survey that you wanted a free insurance quote...." BULL****!!!!  I have reported these companies to the FCC and NOTHING gets done.
