We have recently got a new buisness line and have recieved several calls from 724-710-4203 in the last week. His accent was so thick ( same guy each time) it was difficult to understand him, but has repeatedly asked for someone that we don't know. I told him last week there was no one here by that name and to remove us from his list. He has called 3 more times after we made this request. We are brand new number and only 2 of us in the office. He asked me today how I would know if I knew this person without looking at the account and then left 3 minute voicemail message that we can't really understand. LOL > accept that his call should be returned the very moment it has been recieved and said his name was Edsham with the legal department. No company name given, only repeated calls for someone that does not exist at this number.

This number called 6 times and never left a message. I didn't recognize the area code so I Google'd it and found this site.
