I too received a call from American Eagle.  The first thing they did was ask my mailing address - I refused to divulge it and they nearly hung up on me!  I then spoke to a supervisor who wouldn't tell me even the dollar amount that had been charged to my credit card account.  I got that info. from the credit card co.  Shame on American Eagle; I won't do business with them EVER!!

I got exactly the same problem with you. They called, but I didn't leave my address, they said they will cancel my order. I guess my credit card info was stolen and I inform my credit card company to block any transaction from this card and send me a new card.

This is American Eagle's fraud department. They called and left a message asking for verification of a shipping address for an order my wife supposedly made. My credit card info was stolen recently and one of the fraudulent transactions was with American Eagle. I called the number they left in the message (866-338-2389) and got them to deny the order.
