Well, what we've collected so far from James (real name Ken) is that he has a Dual Sim cell phone and a cheap-o Plantronics headset. He spends time here in NY and in the Dominican Republic , even though he is Jamican. He also has a really crappy credit history , even with all this money he's stolen.
Also the kinda pornography that he's into is eventually gonna land him in Jail.

You know if you every loose your car keys at home you can have your spouse hold his remote upto the cell phone and have him unlock the door, because the signal travels through the cell phone.

There are 4 cell phones that can be picked up from that location. We like to make 1000 calls a week to these places so we're able to download their entire personal phone books. We've got about 60 percent done. After a few hundred more calls to them we start calling their friends and family members, to let them know what they are upto. we operate outside of the law so sometimes we get creative or cruel.

Now I mention this only cause the Scammers themselves visit these sites and they are aware of what i am capable of. I've given them enough specific information so they know I'm telling the truth.


Once we had a volunteer slash the tires on the motor bike of an Indian scammer , while he was in India.
Everyday for a week. I think he eventualy gave into our demands and made partial restitution to a few of the people he scammed.

ok. i have recieved another phone call from another number saying the same thing.i called and reported them to the police,they said that if they call again to just get my number changed.what can i do, they have called my place of employment and all.this has to stop.this number came from doylestown,pa-12159333602.

I received a call at work and this man stated he was from a law firm and I defaulted on some loan or checks or something and threatened to have me arrested at work if I did not pay it right now. He stated his name was Dave Jones with an arabic accent????

I have received several phone calls from the number 727-213-2408, I never answer them but my voicemail messages are from Mark Robinson claiming that I owe money for some payday loan. Then we I got to work this morning I had a message from him, and he told my co-worker that I better call him ASAP before the cops came to my job to arrest me. I decided to look up Oakview legal Services out of Clearwater FL on the internet to see if I could find out any information on them, and it is a good thing I did because now I see that these people are full of crap. I am filing a report with the local police department after work, if anybody can tell me of any other ways to stop these stupid people from harrasing me please let me know.

Today I got a call from 727-213-2408 but I was not home and I called it back and the man that answered the phone . He said hello and I ask his was he a law firm  and he said yes and I asked why does not the 727-213-2408 says its a law firm and the got very quite and hug up on me.

Yea ive had this guy David Jones call me twice but havent talked to them only heard them on voicemail which they told me that they had a company complaints about me and if i didnt return there call theyed have police to arrest me

These knuckle heads called me and said threir name was investegater Lake and had same spill as above. I asked who they represented and what they were investagater of. Than told them to pound sand. They called my house phone and started on my daughter, these people need STOPPED!

I received a call from a "sean taylor" with a thick indian accent less than 2 hours ago. He said I was going to be arrested on monday for bank fraud, check fraud, and deception. He said that officers will be sent to my residence and my work to find me. I was flipped out going crazy he said I owed $962.58 to cash advance. I immediately went to my bank and got my records for the last 3 months, to prove no money has been placed in my account other than my normal paycheck every 2 weeks. I AM MOST CERTAINLY going to do everything I can to make sure the operators of this scam go bye bye for a very long time.

These people are scary at first but they are never willing to give you any information only threats. I contacted my local police after reading your post!!!!

i recieved a call from these people and would not give me any information!!!! They told me that I was going to be arrested and detained over the weekend. I am scared but I called my local police an they are sending a car out so I can file a police report against these people!! They were trying to solicite information about my job from me! This has been going on for a while and I feel harassed!  I am not a criminal and do not plan on starting with bank fraud!! Call your authorties if you have this problem. At least you will have the documentation on this on file!! I plan on pressing charges if I can.

They are not only calling Florida. I live in Clackamas, Oregon. I received the same type of phone call from a man who identified himself as David Jones. He also tried to tell me that I had taken out a payday loan online from Cash America & that I owed $522.87. He told me that I had 3 charges against me & that if I did not call him back or have my attorney call him back asap that he was going to turn the case over to the authorities in my area & they would be issuing a warrant for my arrest. As soon as I got of the phone with this idiot, I contacted the Clackamas County Sherriff's Office to see if this was legal. It is not legal for a creditor to say these things to you on the telephone, it is actually considered harrassment. Also a warrant can not be issued for your arrest unless you have a civil judgement entered against you & you have failed to pay. Even then, they are to give you some type of written warning. I just happen to have a friend who works for Sprint. We did a trace on the phone call & I contacted the Attorney General's Office. Hopefully something is done.

I had received the same phone calls from this guy name Mark Robinson which stated that i owe 425.87 to cash advance of america and that they are taking legal actions and i could make time in prison. after me trying to get him to fax me a paper stating what i owe he pass me to his manager j. harris which he didn't wanted to give me no information just stating that he will send the police offcer to my work site to arrest me. tomorrow. but i got my self all cover when to cash advance to get a paper saying i dont owe nothing and talk with a police office about the problem am just protecting my self from this man that keeps acting like if he is two different persons

Owing money on a debt is a civil matter and you can never be taken to jail for it.  No matter whether the debt is legit or not.  And Mark Robinson is not legit.  This scam has been going on for quite some time.  The names and the numbers change quite often.  The number these guys are using right now is 727-213-2408.  If you are not registered, register your numbers with the Do Not Call List at donotcall.gov  That way, when they call again, you can file a complaint.  Also, file a complaint with your Attorney General's office.  Get serious about reporting these guys and do not take their BS.  When they call, tell them that you have saved any previous voice mails they have left and are filing a complaint with your local police department.  Even if you aren't.  That's usually enough to get them to leave you alone.  Just remember that whatever you put on the Net is only private up to a certain point and be careful.  And whatever you do, avoid payday loans at all costs.  Most are usually fronts to gather your information for scammers.  And that's ALL Oakview Legal Services is.  Just a scam.

Anyone getting phone calls from a number it start like 9519584830 saying I or my attorney needs to call that its not time something and that if I or my attorney don't call that they wish me luck while it comes down on me I have not answered any of the calls I just have been saving the voice mails of the threats I have been reseving from that number. I also called 7272132408 at night to see if it went to a voice mail because most companies that are for real will have the name of their business and their hours and then a beep to leave a message or will tell you to call back between regular business hours it just beeps a busy signal. I am have a problem with this number the 9519584830. I have looked up this number to and it seems others r having the same problem with them saying the same thing. Each time they call they say the samething as if it is a recording and you can't understand what their saying. I hate to change my number because of this is there a way u can get a block on these phone numbers. Also bein this is a scam if I don't can that 727 number Friday do I have to worry about bein arrested. Thanks for any help givin to me.

I got calls from both 727-213-2408 and 818-851-7859 from this Mark Mark Robinson character who continually threatens arrest.  He states he is from Oakview Legal Services.  All the people there claim they are not collecting a debt but it is quite obvious they are.  I had to change my phone number due to the sheer number of harrassment calls for me.  I contacted the Florida Attorney General's Office; I'll see what happens next.

Ok I was left a message on my cell phone saying I needed to call mark mark Robinson back threating me with being arrested. I got scared and called back they wanted me to pay some thing to day when I called and spoke to him I told him that I had know money he asked if I was around a fax and I said no that Friday when I go to work I will be he told me to call back Friday. I'm scared I have three kids. He told me that I was in the negtive 500.00 something I told him that can't be cause I have a letter from my bank that I was only 77 in the negtive even when I got off the phone with him I called my bank and checked and it said the same thing as it did when I called on 8-5-11. I did get a small loan for 300 dollars and they already took 60 out the loan I sign for online was for a personal where they only take out 60 once a month when I called before they even told me what they were calling me for they said I was going to be arrested Thursday today was Tuesday I didn't get a email or like any real lawyer a letter in the mail what do I do thank u for any help.

they said they were going to arrest me over 1-2 years ago.  Still here.  Don't answer any calls with the area code 727.  They are scamers trying to get you to pay up on loans you never even had!

This person called my daughter and stated that they were on their way to arrest her at her house because of some bill she owed and never responded to.  They would never identify the company who the money was owed to and then wanted me to pay money today to stop the process.  I told them they were full of it and this was totally illegal just the fact they answered the phone with hello told me something was wrong.  Then they tried to threaten me and told me the call was being monitored by the federal goverrnent and since my daughter gave me permission to handle the call I was now the responsible one.  I asked them why are they calling now when they  should have called before it got to this point.  THey said they tried to reach by email and there was no response.  I told them emails change daily you should have contacted by mail or phone.  This is absolutely ridiculous.  He now has me on hold for what I have no idea.  I would like to find out who these people are and have them prosecuted.

Got the same call today as well saying I need to contact them back or he would have a police officer come to get me.. Bullchit... So i called him back and asked for Mark Mark Robinson. They told me they were from Landsdale out of clearwarter florida.. told him i have him on tape and sent this to my lawyer becuase the message was of threatning nature... he didnt say anything and hung up.. so I called back and said how about you pay me not to sue your stupid a**.. They guy hung up once again.. so I called back and said how much you gonna pay me not to sue your stupid a**...lol... Then i played loud music in the phone and hung up... Bet he wont mess with me anymore...

Dang,  Yup me too.  Mark Robinson left the message Justin his supervisor answered.  Same scam, same threats, inquiring about any information to clarify was met with nothing but attitude, evasiveness, and aggression.  He also claimed that an email address which had been closed was my source of information, of course he refused to take my new account information or to send me any information through a good email account.  He claimed it was Cash Advance that initiated the 3 Federal interstate banking charges and Fraud.  Yup I applied, never received money, but got this idiot harassing me.

What have been the results of police reports, do not call list complaints, or fair credit reporting act Harassment complaints?  How can this be happening and going on for so many with nothing being done about it?

received a call from justin crow stating i owed money for a cash advance and i needed to send 783.00 to clear debt. he threatened law enforcement would show up at my door and arrest me for a series of crimes. he gave me the fax number 206-350-2622 to fax information to. he recited some material he said was from an arrest afidavit. somehow hw had my address and work phone number. he even called my work phone number.

i am receiving calls from Justin Crow and I am being told that the police were going to show up at my job to arrest me for a cash advance payment. i called the company and they didnt know anything about it. 727-213-2408. he says he is from oakfield law firm. he wanted me to write a letter stating i would pay the amount of 738.00. he cant tell me what company he is collecting money from or send me any documentation.

Same "Sean" called me...saying that I took out loans which I never had taken out..He threatened if I didnt pay that law enforcment will be on their way to take me down..for fraud and deception. Some things sounded professional , however there was alot of slang and jargon. The truth is here folks is when you apply on certain applications, some of them are scam central that release your information to pretty much a huge porthole to much of the BS like this you would encounter...so ignore this and record and numbers and names you would get. Yes, I did apply to some payday applications, but never got approved or the funds soo...I know this is BS...be careful on any info you may blab out of nervousness or anger, for they will use this and quickly make up a story . The number came in unknown but left a message on my work with the above number...when I called them back...they just said Hello or can I help you...never a business name very unprofessional.

i recieved a call from a Justin who left a voice message nad when i called back Sean Miller is who i spoke to i told them that this was BS and to stop calling...he hung up o called about 6 times back to back to piss him off like he did me.  Well i finally started speaking to this idiot who told me about legal matters involving me.  He ended up telling me he couldnt be found he was in Pakistan and police can be bought.  I told him to get a RESL job and STOP calling people here and trying to scam them out of money.  This is crazy it's always something. He told me that he worked for 7 years and got nothing out of it so this is what he was doing....I was VERY mad he used horrible language with me BUT i was trying to get as  much out of this idiot because i DO have police working on this for me...IM TRIED OF THIS HAPPENING!!!!!!

I just got a call from Sean Miller and also had a thick accent and also called my place of work. How did they get my work number I don't know. I would like to see if they really do serve me with papers so I can figure out who the hell they are and why they are threatening me with me needing a lawyer.

I just received a call at my place of employment (a major newspaper) from a "David" with a thick accent claiming that I was also a suspect in a case under section 9, chapter 19.  I first informed the caller that the call was being recorded then I informed him that I knew that the section and chapter he quoted was for Immigration Law.  Considering I was born and raised in the USA I know this guy was full of it.

I have never been part of any legal action and believe that they received my number from an internet hacking.  I told him he was an idiot and needed to do his research better before he called a person at work and to learn the AMERICAN laws a little better.
