i filed bankruptcy and they refuse to call my lawyer. they keep telling me they are law officers.

I am so sick of these people calling me they are rude. You can barely understand them. My husband called them back after they made several calls to my work and cell # and told them to stop harrassing me and it stopped for like 1 month. and now they are at it again. What do i do, i want to find them and cremate them. its completly annoying!

These people are Indian and have traveled across America with their scam. They have been in  Chicago,
Salt Lake City, LA and until today, the last time I had heard from them, they were in Seattle, WA.
I was hacked into last March, 2010 and all my info was compromised. They managed to get my SS# and it was sold to these people.They claimed I had a payday loan. I have never had a payday loan in my life.
They are not a legal firm and if they call, report them to your local FBI office.
My home was called five times today until I gave them the number of the local FBI office.
Law enforcement people told me they also get a lot of info from people who make money selling info from people who do apply for payday loans, as most of the people who have websites for payday loans do not make loans but sell your info. to people like this.

i got a call from supervisor Alex Smith saying dat he will take me 2 jail.i was in tension But i handeled the situation Bye givin My lawers no.he motherf*****r
And he told me dat God is with him he can sue me....Rubbish indians.........

There was a lull in the calls from this number for several months.  Now they've started back.  They keep asking for an employee named June Jones.  Since June Jones is the football coach for SMU, I think I'll just refer these folks to SMU's athletic department's number.  

The caller claimed to be Frank Wilson from the Legal Department of mumble-mumble-mumble.  When I asked for the name and address of the person to whom I should address legal process to sue them for harrassment, he got pretty angry asking, "Does June Jones work there or not?!?!?"

I got a call from an
Alex Walters and he said I borrowed some money from some Cash advance and I have not taken a loan out on line.  I think these people are pulling information from some source and  I am not sure what source.  It is unfortunate that some people study to do so much wrong in life.  Why don't they put all that energy towards positive actions instead of harrassing people in ways that are just down right mean and cruel.

I got a call from this number saying they have me for fraud against me and a law suite is being brought against me. I got this on my answering machine and the guy said if i call back he will work things out with me. The one thong is he couldn't even say my name or tell me the social security number i had. This was checked on and found out to be a scam.

they keep calling me this is now going on for over a year.. they never give up and the local author here cannot do anything..they somehow also obtained my work number..

I have repeatedly received calls from this and other numbers stating the same thing, that I am being sued for some payday loan that I didn't pay back.  I am in the process of paying back all the payday loans I have ever taken out so I don't get this.  It's definitely a scam, but the police have little to go on and just direct me to continue my payments to what I know is legitimate and get as much information on the rest.

They use several different names: John Anderson, Neil Johnson, Officer Smith; saying that I owe a payday loan. If I dont pay them, then a lawsuit will be filed against me. This has been going on for over a year or so. I have not been served with anything. I wish I could go through the phone and just shake the heck out of them. All I need to do is give them my baking information and they will settle the case. Yeah Right, like I going to do that. I wish I knew how to get them turned in. I traced all of the numbers back to Florida.

Got a call from Alex Smith from legal dept and it's has been several months that they tried doing this to me but a different number and name but they all sound like Indian accent. I did not entertain the call.

Got this call on the 29th of august and it's the same thing almost with the same lines from phone calls 6 months ago and about a year ago, Once they start I just block the call on my cell phone. These idiots should do I check on their phone number to see their scam does not work with most of us. But I guess they keep trying till some one falls for it and is taken for a lot of money.. If they want money out of me I will forward all the spam mail I get telling me that I have millions waiting for me in different countries

This guy called me too.. I did call the sheriff... they filed a report but told me to call them back and get the address and write the company a letter.. when I did call back and ask for the address.. The guy said..  Don't waste my time.. Stupid lady...    .  I guess they are not too happy that I got the sheriff involved...  Wish someone would catch these guys..

This person name Michael Gibson has called my work.  He has a very distict indian accent.  He claims my SSN has been used for fraudulent purposes and that I am going to be sued unless I contact him immediatley.  This has to be a scam so beware of (727) 378-0227 leaving threatening messages.  Anyone who claims their name is Michael Gibson but can barely speak english cannot be legitiment!

I get calls from this number all the time. They say that if I call them back, they can help me. They keep threatening me to proceed with the lawsuit and bring it to court. It's a total scam. I now call them many times in a row and wait for them to hang up. I keep doing this for awhile just after they call.

Got a call yesterday from this same number.  They called my job.  Guy with a heavy accent!!  I hung up on him once and he called back.  I told him to NOT call me at my job because I don't handle personal matters at my employment.  I asked him for the number to call him back and he gave me a 727-378-0227.  He asked me for my number and of course I told him I'm sure he has my number.  Well apparently, he didn't get the message because he called back again today.  I informed him that I told him NOT to call me at my job and that if he called me again, I was going to report him.  He tried to plea his case talking about I have a lawsuit against me.  I interrupted him and kept saying that if he called me again at my job, he is being reported and hung up on him!!  Stupid MF's...I have taken a pay day loan out but I paid it back.  If there is a lawsuit against me, how come I haven't received any paper work?  Really?!

Was left a voice message on my cell phone to call 737-378-0227 because I was being sued. I had to listen to the message 7 times to understand it and write the number down. I called and could not understand the person so I asked to speak to someone that spoke better English. Guy left phone and supposedly another guy came on the line, but sounded like same guy. He asked if my name was such and such and I had to get him to repeat it several times. Finally I just told him my name and he said yes. You live at such and such address in this city/state. I finally understood the city and state and told him that I had not lived there for a number of years. I live in a totally different state. He said that it was me and was speaking over me. I kept telling him that I could not understand him and he said you no call back see you in court (at least I think that is what he was saying). He was very rude. I did have a payday loan several years back but paid if back. I have not taken one out since and never will again. Hopefully, this doesn't do damage to my credit as I have worked extremely hard to get to where I am at now.

Same here, they call and call.  When I requested their address, got asked who in the ---- i was, i continued to ask where they were, told him it was $1000 fine for cursing.  He got very upset.  They call using all kinds of #'s and I put them on the reject list until they get tired of using that #  ( was also called from the 510 943 3040 # and requested to call back to 727 378 0227)  The reason they won't give an address is "Cease and Desist" letters I believe.  They are violating the law, don't verify or give them anything.  Mine's name was Alex- yea right, same accent by the way

Neil just called me wants 345.00 in money gram but wouldnt give me rec. code just gave me a name i have sent western unions before i know how to use.....going to call company he claims i owe.......very thick accent....and kept asking me to transfer his call to his supervisor....

Received a call on my job on Thursday from a Joe Smith who has informed others on my job about the nature of this call and he left a message with one of the co-workers to give him a call back on Friday Aug.12th, 2011 @ 3:40PM.. He gave another number as 773-399-8980 which you cannot leave a voice message or and no reference to who this person is and from what company they are calling from. I did leave a message on 727-378-0227 and informed whoever this is and mentioning his name as Joe Smith, and asked that he cease calling my place of employment and I will find out what company he is calling from and for and file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office within the city I live.

I also received a phone call yesterday with the caller ID reading (510) 943-3040 but requesting I call (727) 378-0227. It is an obvious scam. Some guy with an Indian accent claiming to be Zack Miller from the Legal Investigative Department says there has been a lawsuit filed against my name and social security number. They purchased my personal information from another company. Needless to say, they won't get anything from me.

I got my first call from the. Rest assurance he won't get 1 red dime out of me. So he can give it his best shot! Claims he is from American Legal Services.  Gave his name as Mr. Parker.

Received a phone call from (510) 943-3040 but was told to return the phone call to (727) 378-0227.  The gentleman has a very thick Indian accent but claims that his name is William Smith.  LOL!!!  He claims to be calling from US deportation services and that the black and whites will be coming for me.  Well, since I am a US citizen I'm not sure where I'd be deported to.  If I receive another call I will be telling them that all of their information along with a copy of his message has been sent to my district attorney's office.

Got a call from these guys.  They also called my parents and a friend I referenced on an online loan last year.  They said that I took a loan for $300.00 and now I owe $390.00.  They told my parents that my current employer was an employer that I haven't been with for awhile now.

The phone number they called on was 510-943-3040 which was an IP Phone Number.  When I called back, it said the number was invalid and no longer existed.  When I called the 727-378-0227 number I got a message saying "The person at this extension is not available, please leave a message."
