Yes, they call me on the phone all week, and so I called back and he ask me for a checking account num and did I have 128.00 dollars by a certain day  , I went along with what he said ,But deep down I feel it's fraud.

The calls are coming from Alternate Credit Card Solutions, Largo Fl. I am also out $129.95 to this fradulent company

I to was contacted by alternate credit solutions. However, they have changed their phone number to 727-216-6133. I to gave them my banking information and allowed them to take $`129.00 for a $500.00 unsecured mastercard. I never received the credit card. Every time I tried to contact them I get a recording saying they would call me back in 2 business hours. Thanks to this web site and you all blogging about this scam I contacted my bank and was able to get my $129.00 back. Thanks to you all.

Contact your bank and they will get your money back. The name of the bank that took your money is Plaza Bank. I contacted my bank and the next day my 129.00 was back in my account.

They changed their phone number to 727-216-6133 or 727-216-6136 or727-216-6132. They got my $129.00's. I contacted my banking institute and the next day my money was back in my account. Without this web site I would not have recovered my money. Thanks to you all.

# 1-727-216-6133 keeps calling me so just pick up the phone and say "hello" then they asked for christie hall so i just tell them shes not here but i will take a message and if they call back again i just answer the phone like if it was a docters office, "hello you reach applachian mdical center" i reeally dont care what people think, the people on the other end of the line are just as dumb if not dumber. because they are the ones that wiil eventually get in trouble for fraud.  but really do wish these people would just leave me alone... and kiss ny big butt.

I received a call from these "do***e bags" earlier this morning, they proceeded to tell me that I have been approved for a $900.00 credit limit, on a Visa or Mastercard of my choice. They "got" me for my bank information and other personal information. I have already contacted my bank to close my account, I have contacted my local police department, and I have contacted Clearwater, Florida's police department. I called the number that was given to me by "Steve", then his name became "Billy", then it was "John". He proceeded to swaer at me with words that I have never heard anyone ever say....he called me "a nasty little b*t*h, and hung up on me. I have filed police reports with both police agencies, and I am waiting to hear back from both. These guys ARE LOSERS...trying to take avantage of hardworking, innocent americans, who pay their bills on time, and try to do the right thing! PEOPLE, PLEASE BEWARE.......IF THEY GET YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION, THEY CAN TAKE YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE!!!!!!!! I am praying for these individuals......FIND A HOBBY!

So I got a  call from these people and gave them my bank information however never went through with the "process" as I started to realize that this didnt sound right.... so while I provided the bank information I never gave them any authorized access... can they still attach my bank account even though I did not agree to pay the 129.00???

The number they are running under now is 727-216-6133 contact this number and see what happens.

Also there is a Web site under the same name with a phone number and a way to contact them I guess I'll see what happens.

If they have your Bank info I think they can still get into your account

I too was taken in by a person named Steve.  They debited my account for the $129.00.  I called the number that ended in 36 and reached the most dastardly excuse for a human on this earth.  I asked for their address and he gave me something in Tampa, FL but I remembered the first guy saying something from Largo.  I called reverse look-up and the operator gave me that Largo number that I called so I know the guy gave me a false address.

I plan to write to the AG's Dept and Consumer Affairs in FL and see what they can do.  DO NOT EVEN TALK THEM--maybe the post office can do something too.

THEY CALLED ME  GAVE A DIFFFERENT NUMBER  727-216-6133 THEY WENT ON AND ON TOLD NOT INTERESTED.. IMAGINE SUPRISE WHEN 2 DAYS LATER CHECKING ACCOUNT ZAPPED FOR 129.95  AND ADDITIONAL 99.00 II  AM  WAITING FOR THE BANK TO OPEN AS WE SPEAK WITH THE SINKING FEELING I HAVE KISSED 228.95 DOWN THE TOILET FOR ANSWERING THE PHONE..THEY WERE  OFFERING A 500 DOLLAR CREDIT CARD..

I got the exact same call on my house phone.  I am a single mother with not so good credit, so when I got this call with an offer to give me a 500 credit limit I was all about it.  I gave them my mother's banking account information so they could process a one time one dollar fee as to make sure the account was ligitimate.  I get a raging call from my mother today stating that this ACS company stole a 129 from her account!!!!  In the meantime I have not recieved any credit cards or any other phone calls from this b.s company.  I told them I did not want them to take the money from the account, that when I receved the card I would send them a money order or western union, so when I got no mail and no feedback, I assumed that they looked into my credit history and decided not to give me the card.  Like I said I am a single mother living off TANIF from the state in the amount of 322 a month!!!! I cannot afford to be frauded like this!!!!  I am calling the better business beaureu and I suggest that you do the same!!!!

My girlfriend recently got a cell phone, brand new number, brand new phone.  She's been getting calls from 727-585-4762 every day for about a week now.  Today I finally answered and imagine my suprise when a male voice on the other end asks for MY mother by name.  What on earth is going on?  I have no connection to this number and neither does my family...my girlfriend just got this new number...does anyone know how on earth these people could know these things????

There is a company called Alternate Credit solutions and they do credit repair - THIS BLOG IS NOT ABOUT THEM....Get it straight.

Not sure what bank you have, but they ALL have fraud departments.  You will have to fill out an affidavit and they will "investigate", but let them.  Stay on them and let them know that you did not authorize this.  "Alternate Credit Solutions" will then have to answer and show that it was a valid purchase or you will get your money back via a credit from the bank.  B/C they are scammers, they will not respond...further identifying them as criminals.  The bank may ask you to close your account or change the account number and open a new one also, but it's worth any of that to be vindicated of the mistake.  I just wish I would have followed up sooner...I'm going to my bank TODAY and sign the affidavit!!!!  Godspeed.

These guys are still at it.  On May 6, 2010, I got a call from Jeff Hultqueist and it was for a $500 unsecured credit card.  One-time lifetime fee of $129.95 and I would receive my card 21 days from the payment. Confirmation# and License #... It is now July 22...no card.  The number is now 727-216-6133, ext. 314 and of course, "they are not taking any calls at this time".  Good Scam, better than three card molly...Call your bank and provide all the information and you will get your money back, BUT more importantly, make sure your bank specifically notes all the details and reports them to the bank authorities so that they cannot continue to SUBMIT ELECTRONIC CHECKS or obtain information.  MOST IMPORTANTLY, If someone calls you with YOUR information, ask them how they obtained it and tell them you would like some more info and then get call back number, their mailing address, their email address ("customer service"), and web IP address - this will give the authorities more of what they need to stop this.  The sad part is that there is a company with the same name these guys are using that is actually a reputable company...

I guess that I am out 129.00 dollars 21 days later still nothing know there number is not taking calls I am filing charges against them. I received a conformation number and everything.I do some dumb things but this was the dumbest

Sorry.... you can file your claim on line with the florida attorney general.   From their home page, select consumer protection, the select on-line complaint.

i to was a victim of this same sort of call but i called to cancel and they btold me i needed 48hrs. so i called my bank to stop payment and i hope that works. i'll find out tomorrow to see if they still try to take the money out anyway. phone# 7272166133

If you have been scammed by Alternate Credit Solutions, or any other company name, offering a guaranteed credit card....read on.  If you bank with Wells Fargo, they won't get your money back for you.  EVERYONE ONE NEEDS TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL, even if your bank got your money back.  The Attorney General's office will determine if legal action is warranted.  Google   floridaattorneygeneral, on the home page, bottom left, click on  CONTACT US, then click on PRINTABLE COMPLAINT FORM, fill it out and send it in.  If you can't print it, contact me @ fourgiven4444@hotmail.com and I will send you a copy by snail mail.  I'm very serious about this.  I am also going to try to find an attorney to file a class action law suit.  I'm also going to the media.  I tried to get a refund from ACS, following their instructions, and have made numerous calls to them, yes I can get thru, but I just get the run around.  If you want to try to call them (ACS)  you can generally get customer service between 10am and 3pm est at 727-216-6133.  I've also had these lines answered, just today in fact.  727-216-6134, 6136, 6136.  Let me know if you have better luck.  I'll update here with anything new, will you?
