Unknown caller

got a call from 727 437-8790 claiming tax credits recorded voice and no way to call them back. also phone # is untraceable.....

got calls 2x from this number..i called back 2x from different numbers and just got full mailbox..whats the deal

I received a call 2 nights ago, they were promoting a $4,000 energy tax credit and wanted to setup a appointment for the next day. Their schedule was very flexable. I setup a 4:00 appointment and they were no show. I called the Number on caller ID (Ralph Lombardi 727-637-3433) and Voice mail box is full. Beware of Scams or Thiefs looking to take advantage. Never ever give anyone SS numbers or Credit card numbers.
They Claimed to have called from National Energy Assoc. I looked up online and nothing. They gave me a reference number 743201.

This is some company calling offering energy audits and information to receive $4,000 in rebates from Obama money.  I stupidly made an appt. and now don't have a way to call and cancel it.

Same drill for me, but I heard a recording which said "you are the only" before the call ended with a click. I am a Clearwater resident. Are the rest of you local or scattered around the country? I filed a complaint on donotcall.gov. As a side note, donotcall.gov never seems to load these days, but you can do a google search for "do not call gov complaint" and the resulting complaint page loads just fine.

Has happened quite a few times now ... hence the search that led me here... annoying enough to post...

just had a call from 727-637-3433 and nobody on other line

We've had this one for 4 nights now.  wonder what's the common thread here

Caller calls, listens to me, then hangs up. Another time sounded like a conference call was being added but they hung up. Weird.

Called two evenings in a row (9/30/09 and 10/1/09). Nobody on the line. I called the number back and it goes straight to voicemail.

I received 2 in a week so far. No msg, caller ID said Lombardi Ralph. Reverse Phone Lookup shows it to  be a land line in Clearwater and Google search shows: Phonebook results for Lombardi Ralph fl Ralph Lombardi   (727) 789-1953   Clearwater, FL 33755

Receiving calls from this number too

The usual drill: Phone rings, I say "hello," no sound whatsoever, then you can hear someone click on, and then they hang up. What a waste of time.
