this foreign guy "trying" to speak english keeps calling my house while im at work leaving messages saying if i dont return the calls legal action will be taken and i will be arrested.....BULL****! I dont owe anybody any money let alone in florida. Each time he calls his messages get more and more rude.

I had a guy call today and state we owe money and if we don;t pay the police will come get me, and hisname is daivd white dont speak proper english, he can try and come get me I live on militiary housing......

Yeah...I bet you he want call me ever again in life ...I turned the tables on his a** and started harassing his a** ...Told him that the POLICE are looking for him and that if doesnt pay me 500 dollars the police will be at his door in a matter of minutes and also told him that I put his name and phone number on my apartment mail boxes saying that he had millions of dollars and wanted to give back to the community and help the poor and i got all my close friends to just call his a** up and harass him ..he called back and said i recorded you and i said good ...I want u to call the police ..they are looking for your a** anyway ...and i have been calling him every  min and now he put me on call block...WOW

I get calls from this number constantly.  I can hardly understand a word he says. I know it is a scam and hang up on them and tell them I will report them for harrassing me but they don't stop.  They call my work number and my cell number.  Does anyone have an easy way of stopping the calls?  I keep thinking that sooner or later they will give up and stop calling but that hasn't happened yet.

I keep getting these phone calls from these guys all day long and it is really bothering me. I feel alittle better knowing that it is a scam. How can I go about getting them to stop?

THESE ARE SCAM ARTIST!!!! DON'T SEND ANY MONEY. Peter Black also called my work looking for one of our field employees. He said that the employee had to call them back or he would be arrested. I googled the number and saw other posts. When I called the number & told them to stop calling here or I would call the police, the guy admitted that they are scam artists and they want me to send them some money b/c I am working and making the money. I told him to get his own job and make his money the honorable way.
I can't believe he admitted that it is a scam!!! What can we do about this!?

Same thing happened to us with this jerk Peter Black.  He said my wife owed money and she would be arrested and taken to court if she did not repay a loan.  I called the state attorney's office and informed them of what is going on.  We are the US and we need somebody to take this guy down!  He threatened my wife and I told him I would kick his a$$,and to come here and I would do it.  This guy is a liar and a fraud.  Don't worry if he calls you.  It is a scam.

Same thing is happening to me! I have just been calling them (1-727-827-8214) back threatening to call the cops and the FBI on them. They lose control and start getting frustrated!!

It is a scam.  They call with area codes and numbers throughout the country.  People are giving them thousands of $$ to "settle" things out of court.  There is no court.  If you ask them where they filed these supposed "criminal charges" you'll find out they don't even know the name of your local court.  I told the guy he was a fraud.  He said he was going to send me papers the next day to go to court, and I said bring it on.  Now when they call I tell them I'm still waiting for my subpoena.  Been going on for three weeks.

These Idiots call me all the time and once I figured out it was a scam, I turned the tables and started messing with them. They can't do anything to you and rest assure they have NO POWER, all they can do is call you like the stinking cowards they are, one day they will burn in hell for being evil liers and cheating people. Well I changed my bank account and put a fraud alert on my credit reports and now I mess with them....

If you have no time to mess with them:
a. Just don?t pick up the line. Let it go to voicemail and delete the message.
b. Pick up the line and immediately hang up. Keep doing it until they stop.
c. Pick up the line and use an air horn or police whistle blown straight into the mouthpiece of the phone. (I personally like the canned airhorn the best.)
d. If they call while you are driving, turn the radio up as loud as possible and answer the line on speakerphone. Don?t say anything, just let them listen to the blasting music. Heavy metal music works best, but I personally have a CD with Star Spangled Banner on it, so I play that as loud as I can. Just leave the line open with the music blasting until they hang up.

. I have received calls from this guys all week. they were blowing up my cell phone everyday all day. I spoke to them Tuesday and they told me that on Thursday I was going to get picked up and taken to court. I was so scared cause at that time I didn't know it was a scam. They told me that I took out a loan with American Payday Loans and they were pressing charges against me. I never took out a loan with them, so I google them and call on of the locations in Iowa and woman informed me of the scam and not to pay them anything. I started researching this on the internet and found that it was in fact a scam. They next time I talked to them was Thursday the day I was to be picked up, they said they need my attorney information and I told them I was going to get a attorney. They hung up and all day today I got not even 1 phone call from them

I have been a target of this payday scam for about six months now. Every time some foreigner with a thick Hindi accent claiming his name is ?Brian Jones? or some Anglo sounding name tells me in broken English that I owe money from an unpaid payday loan. His accent was so thick it took me 15 minutes just to figure out what the call was about. He threw out a lot of terms like ?lawyer? and ?legal action? and ?jail.? (which he had not trouble pronouncing) all over the place.

Per common sense, I asked him to send me the information concerning this supposed debt. He told me he?d already sent it to me six times, which I knew to be false. When I pressed him, he sent me to his ?supervisor? who had an even thicker accent and anglo sounding name, then again to another supervisor, and so on about five times. Each time I was transferred, they said the same thing: pay us now or it will go to court. I refused, simply because I am not going to pay some yahoo money just because some guy calls me and tells me I owed it.

I owe no one and I am certainly not going to pay some dum chit that calls me and tries to threaten me.

have been receiving the same calls telling me they will come to my house and pick me up and that I would have to pay $8000 to get out of jail. and if I pay 500.00 it would stop. I told them to please send me something in the mail or fax me something or e-mail it and they told me they cant. So I asked them how can you put me in jail and i dont have anything in writing to give to my lawyer. they even told me that I can pay something every week by a Walmart prepaid card or Western Union. Im so glad that I had it on my mind that this was a scam and I check before giving them any money.

This is just a fraudulent fake "payday loan debt collection" scam, run from overseas, probably India, given the reports of a thick Indian accent.

All alleged "debts" are fake, and they cannot carry out their threats.

He is calling to scare you and try to get you to send him money by saying your social security number has a lawsuit against it, he is vulgar and rude and tells big lies, he has stolen your information and is trying to extort money from you. This man from this number has an accent that barely is English but he says I owed him money and if I didn't want a lawsuit filed against my Social Security Number. I called him a liar and he hung up only to call me 18 more times screaming threats, he threaten to have me raped and have my mother's head cut off. this man needs to be tracked down and put in jail for harassment. I called my brother he is a policeman and he told me to record the conversation the next time he called, so I am waiting for his call so I can record him and send it to the local radio station and the News Stations and Fox News and CNN, and post him on YOU-Tube so everyone will know he has no authority and is a thief. My boyfriend wanted to cuss him out but I said no, I want to hear his lies and record so I'm going to play along with him when he calls and expose him.

The police said this is a well-known scam and the scammer has many numbers. Everyone record his lies and expose him. First of all this is not a debt collector, its a scammer that has stolen your information. He will try to intimidate you into sending him money and will claim their is a lawsuit against your social security number, whatever the hell that means, I don't know. This phone number has extorted money from a friend of mine twice, and she didn't really owe the money but he had threaten to have her arrested and then kill her kids. The third time he called he asked for more money and that time she told me about it. I researched this scam and called the FBI and the police. They told me that they are aware of this scam and are trying to shut these people down but they do change phone numbers. So learn from my friend, don't ever believe you will be arrested for a debt in the US unless its tax fraud or child support, other than that you cannot go to jail. I watched ABC GOODMORING AMERICA and they had this scam on their show warning Americans about these A**les.

This peter black chinese guy has called me roughly 80 times in  the last 4 days. he also sent me a"warrant" by e-mail. He is insisting on this $500...My lawyer said it is the biggest fake ever, and then my lawyer actually called the FBI. I now have to do a report online to the FBI to get this so called peter black.I guess he is claiming to be out of florida, but is really running this scam out of Europe...? beats me..I hope this guy gets what he deserves.

I too have been receiving calls from peter black the so called attorney who cannot speak a lick of english! He went as far as sending me a so called copy of a warrant for my arrest for some type of loan which I never got. I went to the sheriff's department and talked with a deputy who said it was meaningless. What mr. Peter black doesn't know is he messed with the wrong one and I'm going to the magistrates office first thing in the morning. He nor none of his non english speaking 'attorney' friends will be harrasing me anymore.
