This is the fundraising money but all you ahve to do is call (850) 681-9551  & ask to have you # removed from their database.  The VERY NICE woman who answered the phont did it right there over the phone.

I'll be happy to never get a phone call from them again.

I even offered the troopers in Missouri ten dollars, and they said bless you or something like that and hung up. They had two plans and that was it. One was 25 dollars and the other more. This has happened twice. I am tired of it. I hate to hang up on people, but they give me no other choice.

I give to charity's that I choose and to my Church.

Call from With Community. Would not say anything when answered.

Reporting from Orlando, FL. I just recieved one of telemarketers calls and let it go to voicemail. I found out it is from FAST. My suggestion is that any number you don't know, just let it go to voicemail. My belief is that if they don't want to be known who they are, then I don't want to know them either.

Theses calls are NOT coming from the Florida Association of State Troopers, the calls are coming from a spineless organization called PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, 120 Corporate Blvd, Norfolk, VA, headed by a wimp named Steve Fredrickson.  THEY ARE SPOOF CALLS, electronically manipulated calls by Portfolio Recovery Associates (AJ and THE GRINCH work for PRA), to ANNOY AND HARASS PEOPLE THAT THEY CAN NOT COLLECT DEBTS FROM.

Constant Calls

They just called even though we've asked at least 4 times for them to stop - when I reminded them of that, the guy said "you have us mixed up with someone else"...well, no I don't and when I said that he quizzed me!!  "What's the name of the organization?" - when I responded he said "okay, we'll remove your number"....jeez, these guys are relentless!!  

Number came up "Unknown" and guess I should have known better but being as I run a business out of my house I answer all calls.

I have documented 124 calls fromthese people on a notepad since Dec 2007.  Time date and number - all hours and days.  I also have Caller ID print outs...I am just waiting and I am going to sue for every dime they have - so watch out FAST, WITH COMMUNITY etc.  I am tracking you....

I am constantly harrassed by these people as well! I was actually woke up by them this morning which really does a good job motivating me to do something about it. THey are persistant and think they can pressure people into "pledging" a certain amount of money. I am going to send an email and a certified letter to FAST, requesting to be removed from their calling list. I figure calling them back doesn't give me evidence of my request. I want hard evidence so that I can take it to the next step if they do not stop calling me. After reading about it, this money doesn't even go to a good cause, but even if 100% of it did, there is no way I would reinforce the bad behavior of these people.

i am printing the number out now and i am going to make them stop calling me if i have to call every sheriffs dept in Florida

this is a scam they said on the news these guys call her saying they are collecting for the Florida's sheriffs dept.But they do not give the money to the sheriffs dept.
when you explain nicely you are not working and cannot give over $10 they get smart and say they have to have $25 or more
when you ask to be removed from their list and that you are on the do not call list they say they are exempt from that list and then next week they call again
Brighthouse will not do anything and they have no feature to block the calls manually

Rec'd call this morning and let the machine pick it up.  The caller hung up when they realized it was a machine.

They called my business line and would not answer when I called back. They waste my time, I am concerned about not missing a call from client

They say they are from F.A.S.T. & they were rude & harassing me for money.

Received many silence-on-the-other-end calls from this number over the past several weeks.  This morning someone was actually on the line.  The call was from a police (I don't recall which agency) charity who insisted that I had pledged $25 in September (which was not true.)

Did not leave a message.

i GET A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER EVERY DAY ABOUT 2:00 pM, NO ONE THERE AND I AM ON DO NOT  CALL LIST

April 20,2009 5:10 pm.  Male caller abrupt no info. or introduction just asked to speak to my daughter.  When I said she was not available, he hung up. So I looked the number up online and found a wealth of info. I will be ready the next time.

We get calls from this number every day.  When we do not answer, whoever calls use another number with different last four numbers.  I called the telephone company and was told it is cheaper to just ignore the caller than blocking it which is an additional phone service fee.  It is frustrating and annoying.

"With Community" is the Florida State Troopers call bank.  They are exempt from the National Do Not Call Registry.  They call constantly harrass you.  My family has been going through this for a number of years.  The calls mostly seem to happen the first and last few months of the year.  When you ask them to take you off their list they argue with you that you gave $$ before and why can't you help them out again.  The last time they called the man on the phone was being so verbably abbusive to me that I gave the phone to my husband.  They were even worse to my and said "F_ck You" to my husband and hung up.

I got 2 calls from this number in 2 days, no one on the other line.

Verizon has a call blocking feature that will block up to 12 numbers.

This is the Florida Association of State Troopers - an organisation that spends up to 70% of its budget on outsourced fundraising.  The telemarketers claim to raise money for charity but keep up to 90% for themselves.  Don't give them any money or the will never leave you alone.

tried to call the number back no one answers...got to be a scam. I wish there was a way to block calls from the phone...anyone know how?

First I get a call (my husband answers) from Jamaica 876 - Tells my husband to call a number for UPS has a package to deliver.  I tell my husband they are criminals and not to call any number so then about 1/2 later phone keeps ringing we ignore.  Finally it rings with a 727 number and we still ignore.  These people have been harassing me for weeks.  Originally told me I won a lottery and I told them to keep the money or give it to charity we don't want any money.  The guy started cursing me about with vulgar language and has been harassing me since.  This time called and got my husband and I told my husband never to answer any calls from unknown numbers.  They are all criminals and from what I hear there is nothing the U.S can do.  No one can offer us any help.  It is a disgrace!  The number I am reporting is the last number they contacted us from.  I guess I could file another number from the 876 but probably a waste of time.  U.S. has no jurisdiction in Jamaica!  My only alternative is to get rid of my land phone and the service.  If the phone company can't help me or protect me who needs their service!
