They call  from 727-895-1181 I called  their toll free number 1-800-888-7012 to Tampa Bay Times,
I hit option 3 I waited until a representative to pick up then ask for a supervisor to remove my number.
I did explain to the supervisor that this is the second time I ask for number to be removed. The
next time this happens, I will file a law suit for harassment. Hopefully this last call to them stops
the harassment calls. Richard

They may keep calling as The National Do Not Call listing "protections" do not prohibit an agency that you are currently doing business with from calling you.  You will need to contact Customer Service and/or the online TB Times account management and opt out.

This number calls every day,Sunday included.It is The Tampa Bay Times,a third rate newspaper.There is never someone on the other end.

Received a text message from this number.... Lowercase words makes me wonder where it may actually be from. Said "just called you at your Pinger number" Replied with "May I ask who this is?" No response.

Stop calling me. I do not want your paper.

Just got my first call from this number. Based on the info above, I didn't bother to ask them to stop calling me. I used the selective call forwarding from my phone provider and am now sending their calls to a number used for bill collecting. There has to be some justice in life. It wouldn't be so bad if these companies would simply honor a person's request to remove his/her number from their calls.

I bought a subscription from st pete times for a charity thing where kids were selling fro college funds. They called several times to renew adn i told them i didnt want to renew, please stop calling. they said OK, but they keep calling again and again anyway

Have been getting calls from this number for YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Requested to be taken off of their list. The calls keep on coming!!!!! Annoying!!! I will never ever read the St Pete Times for sure now!!!!!!

On the Do not Call list, which menas exactly that.  Do not call any more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are a new subscriber (have not received paper for 30 days),  I am a approved independent contractor for the st petersburg times.  My rates in pinnellas county and west pasco county are $65 for 52 weeks all 7 days.  We will also send you a $10 gift card to the place you like to shop the most (publix, walmart, sweet bay, walgreens..etc.....).  Call andy@ (727) 688-6020.  The times is the largest independently owned paper in the country.  Locally owned and consistently ranked in the to 10 nationally.

I am waiting to subscribe to the paper to save me $80.  If I renew it costs $150, if you wait 30 days to resubscribe, it is only about $60.  It is killing them every day that I figured it out.  If you subscribe to the St Pete Times, DON'T RENEW WHEN IT IS OVER!!  Wait the 30 days and you are a "new" customer and get a big discount.  Worth the wait, definitely.

Yes, it's the St. Pete Time. They're trying to get me to subscribe.... The funny thing is they keep calling me on my WORK phone, and I work for The Tampa Tribune, their competition. ha. .... But now I'm mad. They called me at 9pm. That's TOO LATE!

I get the exact same thing. I answer, I hear someone that sounds like they are in a call center say "hello" and then I hear an automated voice say "to accept press one..." Are you serious? They call me every day and hang up when I answer.

I get calls and when I answer is says to press 1 to accept or press 2 for voice mail. Caller ID says it's from St Pete Times but I take no chances and just hang up.  You would think that if it is ligit they would not be so blunt as to ask you to accept when you have no idea what it is.  Dah.... Do I look stoopid...

If you have a subscription to the St. Pete Times, it's probably a renewal phone call to verify you still want service...in my case...I haven't paid to renew, although I plan to renew and am still receiving my paper...and they want to be paid...so the phone calls are understandable.

I have told this company numerous times to remove us from there list as this is a business that they are calling and yet they still call a couple of times everyday.
