I don't owe anyone any money.  If they want a response from me they should leave their name,company name and reason for calling.  Legimate businesses should not play these telephone games.

ACB Receivables is a law office located in Asbury Park, NJ.  They do medical collections.  They are a legit company.  I have 2 accounts currently with them.  They will work with you if u have a legit collection matter with them.  Some of the employees are rude but most of the ones I have spoken to are very pleasant and understanding.

i totally agree. if its a legitmate business than they should identify themselves correctly. i'm too old for the games and 'b.s.' they are playing. i don't shy away from paying my bills.

Yep they just called me and I went online to see who it was. They left me a half of a voice message. The message was an automated recording that began with the second half of the phone number they called me on and then it continued with a reference number. But no name or address or business hours of any sort. They won't be getting a call back from me!

I answered the robot by replying, "go f*** yourself you crazy c***, I'm 17." They still call once in a while so that I can yell at them some more. It's kind of fun :)

Calls my family even on SUNDAY...when I call back to help my father...they send my call in circles..Last call received amost 9pm..my father does not have this debt.he is very I'll and doesn't answer phone...these a***oles are a***oles.. If my sick father receives one my call from this mob..I am calling the police as well as the district attorney, for not letting my father die in piece..He does not owe any debt to these bottom of the ocean

i received a message saying, this is a personal matter call back using extension number and use a code they left on message to connect to someone.

So, I'm just sitting here at home today and the phone rings...the automated voice says they want me to call them back about an important matter, and leaves the number 732-776-8800 and a reference number. I Googled the number, and it belongs to "ACB Receivables", a debt collection agency.  Now, as it turns out, just yesterday, I found this unopened letter from a medical outfit that was mailed to us in December saying if we didn't pay them, they would send it to collections. I think that's what it is...I already put the thing in my bag to take to work and pay it on my lunch break, so I'm going to ignore the call and hope the idiot doctor that referred me to collections tells them it's paid once he gets the check.

The whole thing's kind of stupid, because this particular specialist told us they took our insurance, and it turns out they don't, so now they get to bill us for the full amount which is sort of like fraud.

they have a women live a message and look like she is very rude and ungry or p****off very rude and  they don`t even tell you  who they are I think it is a scam I did call back and  no one  ever pick up the  phone,  dont give  any information to thos people

I totally agree with you. if you're a legitmate business or have legitmate business concerning me. leave your name,company name and reason for calling. I don't intend to give out any info or even call back. my identity has been stolen twice. I will now do all i can to protect it from happening again.

They call all the time on my cell and leave a call back msg. I have called them and waste their time like they waste my minutes. I don't owe any money, except for mortgage, so I hassle them about the calls.
