Missed call from this number, no voicemail left.  I have tried to call them back during the day and the line is always busy.  At night, it just rings and rings, never going to voicemail.  Search says the number belongs to Eric M Bernstein & Assoc, a law firm in NJ, but now I see more people are getting calls from this number.

Called my cellphone during a meeting.  Credit card spiel.  Obviously a scam since they should not have my cellphone number.

Phone # only ... no other info.

Confirmed, this is a scam number.  I hung up the minute they said hello and got confirm from this site.

Got a call from them and as soon as you answer they hang up.  Has happened several times in the last few weeks.

Just got a call from a man with a heavy Indian accent from this #. When I asked where they were calling from they hung up. They did not specify what company they were calling from. What I find weird is that I just got off the phone speaking about a potential Internet scam involving a man trying to get personal information.

I've never dealt with this company, and I am unsure how they received my cell phone number. The company comes up as "Eric M Bernstein & Assoc" when I performed a google search. They also did not leave a voicemail.

Called and hung up on my CELL phone! ugh!!

This number called my phone, saying I can reduce my interest on my credit card. However, I do not own a credit card. I am not sure what this is about, but I believe it is a scam. I will be adding this to the Do Not Call Registry.

I just filed a complaint wit hthe FCC on this caller as well.  I am listed on the "Do-Not-Call Registry" and when I said you aren't to be calling me the caller laughed and asked what was I going to do about it.  I am on that list for a reason... so I don't get stupid calls like this.  When I googled the number I got an attorney's office in New Jersey.  

I also received a hang up call from them.  I've reported them to the FCC as well.  Starting a paper trail on these jerks is the beginning of a case on them.  This is not the first time I've reported them.

left no message...looks like it's coming from a law office, but I doubt it is a real one.  

They identified the business as "Credit Card Services" offering the usual reduction in interest rate on "your" cards. This is a scam, I have dealt with them numerous times over the past 8 yrs. Today though, was on my cellphone which happens to be unlisted and renewed 4 months ago on the Do-Not-Call registery. When I requested they remove the number from their call list and that they had illegally called a cellphone and that it was on the Do-Not-Call list he just laughed, said what are you going to do about it and hung up. I just finished filing a formal FCC complaint. If you google the number it comes back to an Attorney's office in Warren, NJ. I'm sure they are not the one calling and may not know that they are being set up with a spoofed number.
