I have been getting this same call. He left a message saying he was with the Carlson Law Firm, but of course, the number does not match. Same Indian accent, said he was going to sue me. He called again tonight and I said fine, sue me,  that I did not take out an internet loan. I hung up and he continued to call every 10 seconds until I was finally able to block the call! I believe it's a scam, but he did have my address.

I have this number on my caller ID> again, when I call back it's always a men with an accent (maybe from India) but the phone call come from Thorville OH, county of Francklin. A lot of phone call from different state came, and always the same request....you don't pay back your payday loan....what we can do to stop this bad people....
