First of all, they say they are a fast loans company and was wanting to give me a loan of $3,000. They first told me to get a Vanilla Reload card. I put $300 on it and gave them pin number. I done that five times and every card has been redeemed. I called CS from Vanilla Reload and they said once a card is redeemed you cannot put any more cash on it. I just want to know how I can get my money back because they said they could not approve my loan.
