In any case, if somebody is calling, and telling people to send money BEFORE they get the loan, they are committing a crime.

Let's save the next step right now. Any time you are asked to pay a 'fee', for any reason, to get a loan. It's a scam. Every time. Payday loans are illegal in many US States. To ask for a fee to get a loan is illegal in every State.

This person has called me several times with different phone numbers....he has cursed and insulted me when I ask to talk to his supervisor he flat out refuses....today, I received a call, I called the number left back several times and kept getting an answering machine.  On the 5th try, a little girl answered the phone and could barely speak english.  I told him that he should be ashamed of himself using a child to commit criminal activities....please....somebody find this person and throw him back to the country that claims him as his son.

loans of America keeps harassing me and asking personal questions

Repeated calls asking for a person I don't know. After being told that he has the wrong number, he started using curse words and asking for mothers, sisters, daughters, or any other females in the family. I hung up on him and he kept calling back and using curse words every time.

Recieved a call from this number around 11:30 this morning- He left a message and I could barely understand what he was saying because of his strong Indian Accent- What I did make out is that he is some kind of Loan company- This is a SCAMMER- Please DO NOT ANSWER his calls or believe any lies !!!!!!

Repeated calls asking for unknown person. Very harassing and unpleasant. I told him he had he wrong number but then he begins asking my wife and sisters name? No idea who he was calling for.
