rude and called my job making threats to me about a credit card form 6 years ago.  Would not email me any paper work

This caller seems to be an African lady keeps on bugging me for no reason and she even knew my name? Where did she got my info? She calls me on my CP no one knows my number except my  close friends and family. very rude and no manners so take note of this number!

This lady sounds Black keep calling me my CP not sure where she got it. The most dumbest thing on earth. VERY RUDE AND NO MANNERS!C GET A LIFE!

This lady seems to be an African descent keeps on calling me. I have set my CP as UNKNOWN and she calls me by name. Who the hell are you, where did you get my number? Who are you? STOP calling me, ok or i will counter sue you! You should be aware of the law of any state?

Has been calling for several weeks now and was finally awake to answer it. Told the lady(sounded like same black lady from the previous blogs) to stop calling that wakes me up every morning and she rudely stated,"then why don't you answer!" When I would try to say something she would just interrupt me and not let me finish.I told her to stop calling my number and hung up.

Lady called MY phone asking for my husbands ex wife's name! I said, "who is this"-they kept saying the law firms name very fast and said it stands for CKS. I asked if they were a collection company and they said they needed a statement from her regarding a father issue.  Wanted to get her opinion before they made a decision. ???!!!! Wanted to know if we could contact her and give her this information.  Said they needed to be very limited in what they told me. WTH???? Anyways, don't worry.....sounds like something very off

I had the joy of speaking to Mrs britt, then her sidekick "down stairs" because my "file" has been sent out for "escalation". Lol, this people are crazy. They say they are a law firm collecting on an Orchard credit card that I never had. She refered to my "state laws" and "further action" more than the money they claim I owe. She acused me of hiding assets and called me a lier. Little do they know I work collections. It is unlawful and against FTCPA regulations make threats of legal action when it comes to a debt by phone. Notification of that action, if taken will come in the form of writing. Recently an operation, like this one, was shut down in CA for collecting on paid and non-existing accounts. Don't let these people scare you into paying a scam!

caller identified herself as Ms Brett. She was rude & pushy. Talking over me & didn't care what I had to say. Big surprise since she is a bill collector. She wanted a recorded statement from me as to my willingness to pay on a debt or the matter would escalate. I asked what escalate meant...she said they would pursue action allowed in my state. I asked her if she knew what was allowed in my state.....her reply was to ask me, "do you." I am aware of some of the regulations in my state. She said she needed a recorded statement from me of my intent on willingly making payments or refusing to pay.  

They called my son at work....saying it was Bret, & that they had been trying to reach me but had been unable, They wanted him to pass a msg on to me to call them. They wouldn't say what it pertained to.

This collection company is calling on a debt that I haven't heard anything on in almost 3 yrs. I had lost my job, lost my home, lost my truck, lost my credit cards....lost it all. I am working but making 1/2 of what I made when I had that, I live paycheck to paycheck - like most of America. I don't need the stress of a rude bill collector....esp when this isn't the only debt I have. I won't answer that number again.

Male called saying he was Mr. Britt asking for an ex family member.  Detective from Verizon Communications is my guess as a female called another number of mine stating she was Ms. Britt looking for a statement.  Their not the smartest people around! Lol

Person identified herself as Ms. Britt and said she needed a reference from someone who doesn't live here.  They had called before and left a message saying that they needed a statement from me and never identified who "me" was.

Female sounds like a wanna bee atty...does not asked for anyone.just goes straight to her speach and leaves a mesage stating that she needs to get a stament from me...whos me ?,....at no time did the female ever id herself or state who this message is for...SCAMMERS

Called rudely asked for a person that never has lived here and started cursing. I searched up online and it was cox.
