Recieved another call from Penta group LLC. this is a collection agency.  They have harrased me for about 6 months now.  I agreed to make payment on a settlement amount then they would not send me a bill.  The customer rep stated they needed a checking account or credit card number for billing.  I told him I needed a bill and was told to expect one in the mail, over a month later no bill has yet been recieved.  They are still calling insisting on getting a checking account number or credit card number. I have read complaints about them from the Better Business Bureau.  Don't trust these people they are complete crooks if they cannot even send a proper bill in the mail.  Beware of their pursistant tactics and refusing to send a proper bill for payment.  They are most likely trying to get an account number to remove an unauthorized from your account.

These people call 3 and 4 times a day. If you try to answer, the connection is horrible and all you hear is static. If by chance it goes to voice mail, you get a message of just static. So if these people are debt collectors, they need to invest in better equipment or they need to simply quit calling. If you. Can leave a simple "hey you need to pay" voice mail message, then quit calling!

I am 16! i dont have any debts. this number has called 4 times while i am at school. dont waste your time answering it

Illegitimate debt collectors that call frequently but never leave a message. Hit reject. Do not waste your time with these dolts.

This company should not have access to my personal cell phone. Are they going to pay the 30 minutes they leave you on hold when they call and say please hold for next agent. I owe nothing.
