It seems to be a cellphone. I've been sending them repeated messages throughout the day and plan on doing it until they disconnect the line to make me stop.

I got repeated text messages yesterday for this as well. I texted back to stop sending them to me and I haven't received one yet.
I hope they are not using my cell phone number as part of a calling scam.
