Same old stuff.  Text message regarding a sale item I have posted on Craigslist. I live in Wisconsin...really, are you going to have someone pick it up?  What a pain....I get these texts day and night.

Same here. about 5 min after I posed a craig's list ad.

"okay, i will pay your asking price, am in the military and am currently deployed..due to this i will not be able to come see the item or do the pickup myself and pay via cash, so due to that i will b e paying via check so after you get the check cash, i will ask my mover's to come for the pickup at your location. okay send me your full name and address where you want the payment to be mailed to so i can get it done asap"

hahaha!! yes, allow me to give you my address so you can send people to rob my house. dumb.

same here. I said cash in hand when you pick it up only. he text back, " I work in the sea,i am oceanography I cannot make it. what a stupid way to lie.

Same here i live in Texas and the person texting me wants me to take a check. I don't trust it though. i told him id talk it over with my husband and we don't have bank accounts so he left me alone finally.

got a bunch of texts for several of my Craigslist ads for things I have for sale.  Said he was interested in buying.  I'm in L.A. this number is out of state, so I'm sure he's not going to come pick up the stuff I have for sale.
