I received several phone calls from this number repeatedly. I answered and they told me I had a payday loan out in my name that had not been paid. They had a good bit of my information but some of the information they were "verifying" was incorrect. I hung up in their face, stepped outside and called back. I spoke with the "Supervisor" who got very irate with me b/c I had just hung up in his face & he told me I would have to pay over $6,000 in court fees & to their "Client" and he hung up in my face. I called back & asked the rep the supervisors name & he said Barak Obama, and hung up in my face. I called back got a different rep asked him where they were located which he did not tell me & I told him that they would be reported.

I too got the same call and boy did they piss me off!! I told the guy never to call me again or I was calling the law on him. He called me back and I cussed him out then he cussed me out.

Daughter received call from company stating I have committed a Federal Internet Crime and that if she did not pay the monies they would prosecute her mother.

that is the same thing that happened to me they said that i was going to court and that i needed to pay the money i owe them otherwise i was going to jail and they also said that i am getting paperwork in the mail stating the court date the room number and all that stuff so it is a total scam

i got this phone saying that i took a payday loan out and that i am being charged on three counts of fraud and if i don't pay the money back in front of the judge i will go to jail for 18 months i even called a lawyer about this and he said it is a scam

Person called a friend of mine and told them they were looking for my husband because he committed check fraud. I called the number back and it said "good bye" finally my husband called me and said he told him 3 different things and he needed to be at the court house in the morning with his lawyer because he was being prosecuted for check fraud... i have a background in law so i will be trying to get into touch with them to inform them of the law... we were not served legal papers so they are lying! They will not tell us who they are!
