Some one from this telphone number keeps calling my job and leaving a message for me to call them back. I was at work when they called today and I took the call the man I spoke to never said his name and had a really strange accent.

There's a guy in California called Ryon Gambill who is a known debt harasser. He has had a bunch of company names, such as Marauder Corporation, Check Protocol Services, Collection Protection Systems and Bill Collector in a Box. Note that he likes the initials CPS as he can send that on call id and people think it is Child Protection Services.

He has a criminal record and outstanding arrest warrants. Some day Dog the Bounty Hunter will grab him.

He scammed a couple of pay day loan places out of their databases. He also gets your files from Experian, Transunion and Equifax credit reporters.

He?s done some kind of deal with call centers in India as he hopes to keep his name out of it as his name is well known.

Had my personal information and said I was being sued for an unpaid payday loan.  Hung up when I said that the phone call was a scam.

I'm not stupid!! I knew it when he kept avoiding answering my questions. As simple of a question as to when I allegedly applied and register this cash loan and he wouldn't answer. And when I refuse to communicate with him until he answered MY questions he became upset. And told me if I thought it was a scam to hang up then, and then he hung up! Lol

Yea right did he think I just came off some boat! Like I'm really suppose to believe someone with a really thick indian accent has a name like "CHRIS" Come again!!!! Lol I love. I don't think they will be calling me back.

Called stating i was in some legal trouble and was going to jail if i didn't call him back in 24 hours.

I've received the same calls from this number from aliases such as "Chris Miller", "Marvin Morris", and Reggie-something-or-other. I knew it was a scam but I'm glad I found some information online to confirm my suspicions. SCAM!!!!

PS- The one time I actually answered this idiot's call, I laughed him off the phone when he threatened to send an "investigation team" to my state LMAO!!!!!

I am continuing to get calls from this company.  Today the man I spoke to Chris was extremely rude calling me a prostitute and stating he is going to call my neighbors and referenced.  I am going to find this person and when I do he will be the sorry one.

I beleive this to be bogus

This man with a heavy accent keeps calling me at home and at work. He states as soon as I get this call I should return it or have my retained attorny call him back. The name he uses is Rex White. He states I am in big trouble and will go to jail. He also states he will call and let all my neighbors know about this too. He calls all the time day and night. I save all his messages so I can turn him in for harrassment.

I received a call from 760-284-4698 and he was a rude indian guy and when the call came through, it came through caller unknown.  He left a threatening message stating that he wishes me all the best and he is going to file legal paper work on me to go to court and is going to call my employer.  He called and left a message on my work machine stating that I should have a blessed day and he is going to call my employer and do not say he didnt warn me, he accent was very heavy, his name was Chris, then transferred me to someone named Calvin who was rude, refused to give me proper information.  When I called back, the back ground sounded like a sweatshop.  They stated that I took out a payday loan... I dont know these people and it sounds bogus... BE WARE...They calim to be called American Legal Service.

This company is running some kind of scam....their cuss at you and call at all hours, please inform your local authories ab out them
