Thank you for this information. I would get nervous when I got calls like this. I wish I read these websites so I could be more empowered.

Now this number has changed and are calling from 760 284 4615...How can I stop.this?

this telephone is another scam number i'm getting. they are calling for my mother on my number. not sure why. she has her own. i could starting listing other phone numbers that are pulling the same scam. ive heard every name, attorney & assoc name, cash loan company name...this is getting ridiculous. 786-275-2039. any number involved w/ that one is a scam. 690 & 816 area codes are scammers too. they call all the time except night. it got so bad one day i decided to call them 46 times. i ended up doing that to two numbers and they got mad at me and cussed me and told me to never call them again. well they left me alone for a while. i think its all the same people. im always getting sued or going to jail or they are filing paperwork against me to the court. it used to be almost funny. threaten them w/ fcc, fbi, ag, homeland security. nothing scares them because they know that nothing can be done. you can repeatedly say "your a scam. your #'s are all over the net as scam. quit calling". they won't! i'm compiling a list of all the numbers and turning them over to someone. not sure who. maybe one day they will stop them. i just don't think there's nothing that can be done. maybe. that's what i'm hoping. i'll just be D*MNED if i turn my phone off and ignore calls because of them!! i guess i'll be singing "im proud to be an AMERICAN where at least i know im free!!" till it stops!! good luck people!!

LOL !!! I love his sense of humor ! I have been doing the same thing. They hate when my daughter and I keep calling asking where my pizza is. They had the nerve to tell me never to call again. That was about 3 days ago. Guess who called my work today ? You got it Shawn Miller ... yea right. I called and his supervisor answered the phone. I said you guys aren't very smart your name and number is all over the internet and everyone knows it"s a scam and oh by the way you are supposed to call the Colorado Attorney General. Funny he hung up .

I JUST GOT A CALL FROM SOMEONE FROM THE "MORGAN ASSOCIATES" 760-300-4011 THREATENING ME ABOUT AN UNPAID PAYDAY LOAN AND THAT I WILL BE IN COURT ON MONDAY MORNING REAGDING A CASE AGAINST ME.  HEAVY ACCENT THAT I CANNOT MAKE OUT, BUT HE LEAVES ME WITH THE NUMBER OF 760-300-4011.  HE CAN'T TELL ME WHO OR WHEN I TOOK THE LOAN, BUT THAT I OWE SOMEONE $786.00.  IS THIS FOR REAL OR FAKE??

they are indian scammers

July 21st 2011.My husband freaked out when he got a call from 760-300-4011 while his at work saying that he owe money from Morgan associate/united state cash advance and he's being sued for $5000.My husband was scared at first 'til we did some research about this number and found out too many complaints we experience the same. They got Indian accent. I tried to call them back on behalf of my husband and tell them "I don't wanna anybody who bug the hell out of him asking some money,I got plenty of money" I pretend that I have money and that I'm going to pay them hoping I could get more information about those f****rs!!!! and they said give me the card information,I insisted to pay them cash and I need the address so I can send it. Then they HANG UP!!! see??

I am HR at a company and a Shaun Miller called me from this # wanting to speak with one of my employees.  I told his we did not allow employees to take personal calls.  He then wanted to speak to a supervisor.  Again I refused.  He was very nasty and yelled.

I received a call from this number too. The caller had a strong accent, with a ton of background noise so I could barely understand what he was saying. I was worried at first since he said it was from Morgan & Associates but after reading all of the complaints, it must be bogus.

I have recieved MANY of calls from 760-300-4011..They left a voicemail saying they have a lawsuit with my social and I need to call them back at "Morghan and Associates". When I called the number back the automatic system says it is a disconnected number even though they have called more than once. The voicemail i have doesnt even say my name right for one and two they say good luck at the end. The gentlemen is calling my home, cell, and mother cell. Talking about I will be jailed. It sounds like a man from India somewhere. I personally downloaded an application on the android market that will block numbers and added the number to my block number list and havent received anymore calls, yet.

Has anyone been able to get these clown to stop calling? They say they are from Morgan & Associates and his name is Jack Johnson. 760-300-4011

I have been getting these calls at work for  a couple of weeks.  They would call about twice  a week and then stop for a week.  Now today they called me about four times at work when I told them to stop calling me at work before I lost my job they kept calling back.  I told him I would give him two minutes to tell me who I owed when I told them I did not owe them he said that I did and that I gave my phone number at work in a guaranty of a loan.  I told him that was not true and after he called the sixth time I got my manager involved, he got the police involved and still they went so far as to call my job for over an hour sometimes calling all three lines at one time.  They told them they fired me and then I called on my cell phone and told them to quit calling the store and told him that he cost me my job and now I wanted to know how much more trouble he wanted to cause me.  They were not even afraid of the police or seem to even care that the police were involved.  I called him the second time and told him off for making me lose my job and he told me good luck finding me a new one.  Now it will be interesting to see if they call again.

hello i just called that number back in which a man named d****** Thomas said that this is Morgan and Associates law firm. He had an attitude when i told him that i was a lawyer of one of the people his "law firm" is harrassing. he hung up on me. stated that he repeated his name to me 3 times and wasnt going to tell me again but when asked why his firm likes calling people in their residents and job hung up.

i would love to know who these people are they are harassing me at work and my cell. if you want i would gladly file a case against these scumbags, my lawyer called and they hung up on her? shame on these people. morgan and associates law firm

My son started receiving these calls about a week ago. I tried to call them back and get more information. My son had gone online for a payday loan but never received it or any more information. These guys are using the info from the loan signup to try and get people to pay. Its sad to say but they will scare some people into giving them money. When my son ask for docs and proof he had taken out a loan they hang up, they also try to get you to give them more info about yourself. Some of the info is from a credit check since anyone with the money can use the credit check system even if their business does not need it. We have had calls from 760 and another from 929 which is New York. We ask when the court date was and in which court,  they would only say it was in your local court. We live in Houston, TX and have about 300 courts counting the county courts this does not include the little hamlets surrounding Houston each of them has at least 1 if not more. They also threatened him with going to jail over this debt. You CANNOT GO TO JAIL FOR A BAD DEBT, if you could half the US population would be locked up. PLEASE REPORT THESE PEOPLE TO THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND TO YOUR LOCAL FBI OFFICE AND TO ANY CONSUMER FRAUD DEPARTMENTS IN YOUR STATE. These folks need to be stopped because there are people ( mostly elderly) they are able to take advantage of stop them now. If you have been scammed or harassed by these people, please send and email with all of the info also the name of any site you may have tried to take out a loan on if you know which site even better. Please do not send personal information just your name and a email address where you can be reached. Try to keep track of the phone calls where when and also tell me your story. I am going to put these people out of business.

This number continues to call our place of business and are very rude and not professional we would like for this company to cease from calling.

On  july 06,2011 I got a call from an Asian man threatening to file paper's on Monday morning for Advance Cash company of Austrialia for a cash advance against me. He was yelling at me saying on Monday morning they were going to file papers in court against me and I would be getting an email summons to appear in court.   This was the second time he has called me.  On the first call he used another number and I asked him if his company was with the Federal Government he said "yes" and I would also be getting a summons to appear in court.  

I just  remembered this same voice had called me last year about  a auto apploication I had fille on line and he wanted to tell me I was preapproved .

i just got a call so immediately i typed it into google....it was some indian guy leaving me a message.  since i figure a real attorney would speak clear english and mail me something i'd check them out on the internet.

I recieved calls from these same people talking about I owe them $250.00 for a payday loan I took out 12/13/2010. Vey rude wasnt even giving me a chance to talk. His name was Mike Dublin calling from Morgan and Associate he had all my information name, social, address, date of birth but he wouldn't give me the account number that they so called deposited this money into. I think he had it though because someone took 30.00 out of my account unauthorized and now my bank is deputing it. My lawyer said that was there way of trying to see if they were able to get money. They used a computerized check saying that I give them verbal consent, which is a lie you can barely understand what they are talking about. These people are sick and need to be stop and Iam not going to give up until they do just think how many people they did  get money out of and got away with it

Do this, answer the questions but make ups names, numbers etc. They will then give you instructions. You will want their fax number. Once they verify, which they will verify all the "fake info" go to a fax machine.

tape three...four pages together and fax...when the end comes out, tape it to the other end. What will happen is their fax machine will never stop...it will continue to print blank page after blank page.

These people keep calling my work number and my cell phone. They do not want to provide me any infromation by mail or fax or email. Threatening me with court, I have told them to take me but they just keep calling

I just received a message from 760-300-4011, by an Asian man threatening me to call back stating this is a legal matter. He had the last 4 digits of my ss# and where I work.

Yes, this phone number and people are annoying!  They just called me about 5x in a row and the guy said his name is William. After I answered one of the calls I told him to stop calling me and I was going to call my state's attorney general's office because I knew it was a scam. I din't give him a chance to say what the call was about because of previous calls in the past couple of months.  It seems like these guys call every few months from a different number.  They need to be stopped.

Called my job about 30 times yesterday. Leaving threats and asking ppl if they would notice me if they would see me.

This oriental guy calls my job about 100 times can this man please stop it! He is making it uncomfortable to come to work. STOP them PLEASE!

its a scam DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION, you can call your local sheriffs dept and report them, they will tell you what to do from there

They started calling my cellphone from this number today and then my work line.  They used to call me months ago from all different numbers.  The sad part is I work in a Law Firm.  I told them to stop calling and they told me they would not stop calling my work.  I am going to tell my work to tell them I know longer work here so hopefully they stop calling the office

I just received a message from them on my cell.  They used to call me at work, but I have started a new job, so they don't have the new number.  They used to call my cell all the time, but I haven't heard from them in probably three months or so.  I guess it has started back up.  In the message, the voice was a foreign one and I could hardly understand her.  What I could understand is the name of the company and the phone number.  One thing she said at the end of the call is "if you do not call us within 72 hours, then I wish you the best of luck."  Sounds like a threat to me.  But I'm certainly not intimidated.

I am a receptionist at a business who has been receiving these harrassing phone calls from 760-300-4011, which come up California on my caller ID. The guy has an Indian sounding accent. He asks for a gentleman who works at our company, but I refuse to let him speak to him (he has a very unprofessional attitude.) I then hang up on him. This person then autodials to 7 or more of my lines. I continue to put the lines on hold and go back and hang them up if they haven't hung up already. The guy does this repeated for over 1/2 hour. It happened for a couple of days a few weeks ago, but then they stopped. Today got another call. Told them we don't have anyone working here by that name and haven't gotten another call so far.
