they called asked for me by my first and last name I said who is calling they hung up i alled back and got a machine and left a not so nice message.  760-536-8137

Just now received the call and for the first time a Bianca said she was with Time Warner Cable then the call just hung up.

got a call claiming they were from time warner and how my experience was with their installation service, ironically, the Time Warner guy was still at my house setting up my services...    i called back after the tech left and the line was disconnected...  South Texas

Yeah, I keep getting calls from this number, claiming to be Time Warner. My husband is a Time Warner employee, and they tried to tell me that they could sell me services that we don't already get (and get for free anyway)

In Ohio, I've missed 3 calls by this number from Vista, Cal. I've got AT&T.

I keep getting a call from this number and everytime I call back it says the phoen has been disconnected. Please help me identify this criminal and stop the harrasing calls. the number thats on the caller ID is 760-536-8137.

Calls now and then. Never speaks. Wastes everyone's time. I won't answer a call fr0om this number again.

I get this call 2 x's daily and my caller id says Vista, CA and when I answer I get no response.  They must hang up becuse I get that recording "if you want to make a call pleae hang up" recording.  I want this stopped as it is not only annoying but it is usually at dinner time.  Some of you said it was Verizon and Time Warner and I have neither of these.

Got numerous calls from 760-536-8137 and I finally got the opportunity to talk to a lady that asked for me by my first name only. I didn't give her confirmation of my name, I just proceeded to ask who this was. She stated Time Warner. I asked her what she wanted and she stated that she wanted to tell me about bundle packages for Internet, T.V, Cable. I told her that this isn't TW because I just called them earlier! Um hello! I already have TW with the bundle package! I told her that it was not their number and I asked her where she was located. She stated San Diego and that they don't have that information because they are a promotions company. She was very nice, but come on, I already have service, why waste your time on me if I am not going to buy into it.

this number has called me at 749 each day and they havent responded each time idk what it is but its bothering me....

someone from this number has called me 5 times since 5/29/09.  I have never answered the phone when they have called and this is getting very annoying.  I called the number back about 15 minutes after the most recent call.  No one answered, it just kept ringing.

In Ohio and have TMobile.

Just got a call from this number on 13 May 09, at 1920.  No message left.

I returned the call too, just to find out that it was one more oriental that could not speak English, likely a collection process from Verizon.

I called this number back and it states that this is not a working number.

Calls have just started.  Will not answer a number I do not know.  No message.  Calling my AT&T cell number.  So much for the DNC list!!!!  The Feds have sold our numbers to generate revenue to add to the bail out of AIG.  Hummmm.

They called me today. they are not XO it is a Level 3 number, has never been in the XO system.  it just hung up, no calling name associated with it. I work in telecom so I checked the systems.  I use ATT mobile phone.

Not sure how this website is doing anything. Maybe they are the ones calling....

They call my house about 2 times a day. Its been happening for the last 3 weeks. Seriously twice a day. These people are pathetic. I live in North Dallas.

Receiving multiple calls from this number daily for the past week or so. No voice mail no response if I answer. I'm in North Texas.

Started getting calls from this number yesterday. They called twice yesterday and 2 times today. I answered the second time they called and it is Time Warner Cable. I am a customer of Time Warner and they were just calling to see if I was satisfied with my bundled package (cable, internet, phone).

I got a call from this number, seems like call from call center overseas with broken english. He said CALLING from TELEPHONE DEPT to add my number to do not call list representing Verison, ATT and etc... I already add to DNC list and this is SUSPISIOUS CALL, DO NOT answer this phone.. and when I asked his company name, he said it is "celestial solutions" and googled it and landed no where. This is SPAM call
