the supposed debe collares calles me more han 75 times in 2 web 1st they says yeah u took out some payday loan anmd never paid back blah blah and then went on to say "the authorities" will be here to arrest me i hung up they left threating voicEmails, and Went so far to say yes we know where u live now ignored them turns out their are bunch of them with heavy indian accents with names like kevvin fernandeZ and their is a girl too am indian so i recognise their accents, they need to be put behind bars they using a reputable firm name to do their fraud

they use to call me from different numbers harassing me all the time. I think they got the hit after this last call:

I can't remember the guys name I talk with but I said verbatim:

"Listen im not in the mood for your bs. Im recording this call and I will report you to the police. Your a scam, them I screamed in his ear several timea lol.

His only response was "Ok, sorry ma'am have a good day"  lol

Christopher called me back yesterday on behalf of Steve wanting to know what time I was going to have the 941 dollars. I said that after talking with my attorney who works for Catanese and Wells law firm (which is where they said they were), the Mississippi attorney generals office and the FTC, I will not be sending them any money and that if they call me back I will report them to the FBI and have them arrested. I hung up on them and they proceeded to call me back 10 more times yesterday. They had threatened me with going to jail immediately. His name is Steve Oconner.

This guy "Steve" "Sean" whatever he calls himself called me at WORK! And left threatening messages when I hung up on him and refused to confirm any of my personal information. I called the Law Offices as well and they advised it was a SCAM! DO NOT FALL FOR IT! I started calling the number 760-561-0234 back and speaking with Steve and Sean or whatever he called himself on that call, he started to hang up on me. He asked why I was calling him so much, I asked him the same in return. I also advised him I know its a scam and I reported it to the FBI. I just kept calling him and tried to get more info, or go over the scam details with him, and advsied of the report to the FBI. Soon enough he turned off his phone and it went to voice mail. Dont let them harrass you. Its all a SCAM!

This guy was named Steve Oconner and that if I did not pay 925.00 immediately by tomorrow I would be arrested. I did talk to the real people who are at this law firm and they have no clue as to who they are but they have received multiple calls about this people. I was told by a lawyer there not to send money and I am not;

This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM....!  Do NOT give these people ANY information...  they called threatening me with prison on Monday if I do not pay back this mysterious payday loan that I apparently took out....  they had ALL of my personal information, including my social security number and place of employment.  They stated that they worked for Catanese & Wells Law Corp.  However, when I googled the law office, and called them (818) 707-0407 the REAL LAW OFFICE told me that if I was getting a call/message from a person with an eastern Indian accent, that it is a scam and it is NOT real!  

Whatever you do, do not give them a credit card number......

I had fun with them; I called "Jeremy" (Yeah right) back and told him that he was a fraud, that I spoke with the REAL law firm and that I will be calling the Sacramento FBI office to report him!  (916) 481-9110 is the FBI office in Sacramento, of which I have filed a complaint.

This person called and left a message that there was a legal matter pending and if I did not respond further action will be taken against me. It was for victorville california.

This is that scam with the Hindu people calling and threatening you that there is a pressing legal matter and if it is not resolved etc etc.
