Hey, just a word for everyone out there being scammed by this man,  if you want this man to quit calling you, start by giving him the same respect as he gives you, call him every day ask him questions ,play his game, believe me, it didn't take long for him to disconnect or change his number, he wants to dish it out, but when faced with his own game, he can't handle it. He cusses and threats and leaves messages to us, and then runs and hides when he's found out for what he is a BIG SCAM ARTIST! Well, he's not getting any money from me!

I got a call from this number, some man with a foreign or Indian accent, he left me a threatening message on my machine, said I needed to call him back NOW or they would come to my door and haul me off to court. I called my local sheriff's department and they listened to it and took a report down, since then I called the number, this same man said I owed an old debt from American Cash Advance, which I never took and advance out, so I asked him for proof and he had some of my information. When I asked him where to send the money order to, he told me his attorney would be contacting me, he would no longer accept any payment, I asked for his attorney's name and number he said no, you will go through me and set this up today, or you will be hauled off to court, Without proof I told him I will not pay anything I will wait for his attorney to haul me off then I guess. This man is not nice, he argues with you, and cusses at you. I called the California Sheriff's Department, and was told this has been going on and this so-called company had some little old lady afraid they were coming to get her, I also called American Cash Advance just one branch, and they had had numerous calls associated with this and also stated IT IS A SCAM, and they will say anything to get your money, she said one man wired them $900.00 because they threatened his wife. I have since put FRAUD ALERTS to all three credit reporting agencies, and to the social security department, I have contacted my bank, and the Better Business Bureau.
