It's from arrowhead emergancy room.  The phone is for psych patients to call out on.  You cannot call in because it's set up just like the phones in the jail....out going calls only.

I keep getting calls from this number, finally got a voice mail asking for me to call back Monday--Friday 8 am-5 pm at 1(909) 478 6083.I just got this phone number and know one has it.

Some one is calling from this number but refuses to leave a call back. I am considering this number to be harassment.

I once was able to find that this phone number was from a pay phone but can't seem to find that in a search now. You can't call back payphones either and it made sense to me.

This call came in at 11:25pm I doubt it's a county worker. Must be a recording. No message left. Caller ID just says San Bernardino that's it.

This is the EDD outgoing call number. They call you if you have been registered as unemployed who is looking for a job through the County of San Bernardino.

This is an a San Bernardino County out going call number for all service related to San Bernardino. If you got a call from this number it could be anything related to social or public services as a requested by a person who used your number as a contact number.

Someone from this number calls daily, and asking for Glenda Lopez. They just don't get it when I tell them, I was issued this phone number a few months ago. There's no one by the name of Glenda or Lopez here, and to stop calling for her.

Kim Tillema from Apple Valley spoofs people's phones using this number. She is too cowardly to try to call using her own number. She usually makes these calls after 2 am, when the bars close & she didn't get lucky!

apparently this number is a phone for a inmate to call and get a ride
or get someone to help him/her.  If you ever been in jail you would
know they have phones to make calls out, but not receive in.  And
in most cases the person has to call collect.  So someone has to
answer the phone in order to except the charges.  Most of the time
the inmate gets the number wrong in dialing.  When one is in jail
for awhile one tends to forget things.  Another thing you might
consider is if you have a cell phone and receive this number, you
might have gotten a phone number that several others have used
through the years.  They could be looking for another person, and
if you message indicates another name other than what they are
seeking they just hang up.

Yea I got the same message that it was a number you could not access by direct dialing - its the county - the only thing I think It could be is that I called about a traffic ticket to get an extension , and I haven't paid it -red light tic. $600,ROBERY- don't know how they got the number - Or my ex is taking me to court  IDK - but either way , its not good news :-(

Just found out, this number is a San Bernardino County number that is associated with a switch from the  Victorville Court House.  They cannot tell you what department in the court house made the call.  They have several departments that work out of the court house.  This still doesn't explain why I got a call at 11:13 p.m.  Hope this helps.

Got at call at 11:11 Friday night and I am not happy, this is the second call that I got from this number, no message left and when I call back it states, "You have reached a San Bernardino County number that can not be dialed from your phone."  The first call also came on a Friday but it was around lunch time.  I did not hear the phone ring so I did not answer it.
