Got a call from a "Mr.Rose" who said he was calling from the US Department of Education, Washington, DC, trying to collect on a "Perkins" loan from 1971.
Guy was a MAJOR D***BAG- threats, you name it. I hung up on him.

Strange - Got a call showing on my recorder today from this outfit, a house on 36th Vera Cruz Ave in Robbinsdale/Crystal, MN. That is where I had a paper route as a teen in the 60's. As matter of fact, when collection time came, they were never home. hmmm.
