I talked to the wonderful gentlemen from Bradstreet Associates on 2-04-2013.  Brad was such a lovely man, haha.  They made me so angry, The first things out of his mouth was the name of my home business. He says "are you guys still up and running?", We just started our business and have been open for a month and how did this guy have my name and phone number?  Brad tells us that if we dont fill out a packet he is mailing to us, he is sueing us, I asked what for and what the packet was, he stuttered and he says "basically your being sued, get a lawyer and have him look over the paperwork".  I called for Brad at Bradstreet later that night and asked the guy who answered the phone "what is going on and why are you guys calling my phone repeatedly?". He would'nt tell me his name, he starts throwing political b.s. at me about President Obama not having a birth certificate, he then tells me he doesn't want to talk to me an doesnt care to talk. He cut off every one of my questions, he answered questions with questions that didnt make any sense.  According to my research, there are 6 people who work at Bradstreet in Minneapolis and from my experience, they all need customer service training and need to learn people skills.  When you answer a phone or make a phone call, you must state your name, company name and what your calling about. Dont start it off with a "your going to get sued and your wages garnished.  My wife and I both repeatedly told 2 different guys that we run a daycare, the guy asked If he should send the papers to our payroll, we dont have payroll man. the man I talked to when I called them back that night told me that I am my wifes employer. my wife and I are both co-owners as in 2.  Very unpleased about the way they run their scamming business and if it is a legitimate business, their ethic makes it seem like a joke and unbelievable.

It's a collection agency.

Justin Roger Balfany is listed as his license expired 6-30-2009 on the Minnesota Department of Commerce, state of MN, board of DEBT  His status is INACTIVE - they are ALL INACTIVE.  There are several collection agencies listed under the address of 7600 Wayzata Blvd, Suite 1B, Golden Valley.

They are listed under several names with this address, they are:

ADVANCED FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, LLC
GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC

If you call 763-546-0333 the companies listed as FINANCIAL RECOVERY SERVICES and Justin is not listed as an active debtor.  They are listed as 4900 Viking Drive in Edina, not the SOUTHDALE MALL.

The same thing happen to me, and I ended up paying this guy, but never received a letter saying it was paid off. He said it was for a Us bank account, but Us Bank has never ever heard from this company or been paid.

This guy is a joke. He misrepresents himself. He is really from Solutions Advanced Financial located at 7600 Wayzata Blvd Ste 3B in Golden Valley, MN 763-546-0333

The only guy that has ever picked up the phone for me or called me is named Justin. To get through the "gatekeeper" and to get the consumer who may owe money, he has said multiple times he is from "Bridgestone"!! My secretary forwarded me the call because she thought my car was getting fixed... smart on Justin's part, but annoying.

When talking to this guy, spare ANY information you have. Tell him information on a NEED TO KNOW BASIS to cover your basis....cuz this guy does not have your back at all. Just a little info from my story that could be useful, the first conversation I had with Justin, he was asking some primarily questions and asked where I worked. I told him and the next day he gave my work a call and demanded to SPEAK TO MY SUPERVISOR with my secretary to make you think he's serious about pressing charges.

See if you can trace the connection. Maybe through facebook/myspace... He probably broke someone's EULA and could face prosecution from a company that would rather not want that type of bad press.

He gets his information from public places, Brad is in there litigation department, Justin Balfany, is there main person who does the digging PLEASE EVERYONE FILE WITH THE BBB IN YOUR STATE THIS NEEDS TO STOP HE WILL NOT GIVE UP UNTIL HE IS TOLD BY SOMEONE WITH POWER !!!

Received a call at my work from a Brad at Global systems or Global managment from a local number of 763-546-0333 looking for someone I didn't know but knew my name and where I worked. Said he was looking for someone and was a collection agency. Find out that the person he was looking for was my daughter's new boyfriend. Harrassed me at work for about 5 minutes.

Harrasing phonecalls from this nr. for someone not living in our household. absolutly rude and irretating. will not give up calling. threatens my Nanny with calling the police.
