This number calls my landline nightly.  Never leave message, but caller ID says from Richmond, IN.  

They stated they were Convergent Outsourcing Company. They buy loans or debts that were charge-offs from others at a highly discounted rate and then attempt to collect on them. Do NOT give any info over the phone or agree to anything, tell them mail is the only way you will do and hang up!  This way you get a papertrail and can prove what happens, agreements verbally (gonna settle for 15% - Yeah right!) later get revoked or contested as payments not full amounts - Protect yourself!  Any info you give or verify will only be used against you.

Received a call from his number on my landline phone.They left no message when I didn't answer - as I don't answer any 800 numbers. Why no message?  They will never talk to me or get any info to me by not leaving a message and my not answering it. They should give up!
