You can complain to your phone service provider! File a complaint with the FCC - Federal Communication Commission, Public Service Commission and Consumer Protection Agency!

This number called my father-in-laws cell and being the curious person he is, he answered it twice! This is a scam. The call is routed through an international  operator which costs you money. Do Not Answer it or Call it Back!!!

I got billed for two two min calls from this number.

Got call 1/14/14 unwanted

Got a call from this number last week at 10:16pm, no one one on the other end would answer.

Rang one and saw this  nos. from Dominica.  Refuse to answer as I fear it's may be a scam.

NEVER answer if you don't know the nos.!

I was just called by this number. It only rang for about 3 seconds, and then hung up.. No message.  Strange.

So I called Verizon and they took $173 off my bill which was 50% of the cost of the calls.  They are still charging me $173 plus $60 in federal regulation taxes for the three calls.  I think my father in law butt dialed them after they called him and off course they never disconnected the call.  Unbelievable!  I hate scammers!

Received this call early this morning around 4 am. Not very happy about this call.

Got a call from this number and a couple others almost exactly like it. So yeah, most definitely scam. Don't pick it up and don't call back.

They called me at about 2:30pm 1/24/14. I'm pretty sure these calls are being made by credit card hackers, verifying our account info. Even if we don't answer, they have what they want. I hope the credit card providers know their business well enough to detect these people trying to use our credit. Another call was made to me in the past month from a little Caribbean island nobody ever heard of. Why aren't the authorities pouncing on these criminals like a dog on a rabbit? There's no excuse for their lazy style of law enforcement. They bully the easy targets and let the real criminals run wild.

This number called my father in law on 1/17/2017.  He called back, one call was 50 minutes and cost $99.50.  One call was 1 minute.  It cost 1.99.  And his third call was 121 $240.79!!!  We have Verizon Wireless. I am calling them now!!

got this number this morning when I was in the shower. wife said it rang 4 times and then stopped. caller id said it was from dominica

got a call 2 rings at 6am, no message, dominica-- pretty sure they have called me before... I took no action

Called at 7:38 pm Eastern Time, it rang 3 times and when I picked up no one was on the line....nothing further.

Got several calls rings once did not anwser,   # unknown to me

GOT THE CALL TODAY AT 1:32 PM (CST). CONTEMPLATED CALLING THE NUMBER BACK BUT THOUGHT I WOULD GOOGLE IT FIRST. GLAD I DID! THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE HEADS UP.

Do not call this # again

I received one ring then it hung up and said it was a call from Dominica.  I sent text "Stop" like I do for other numbers I don't want.  What is Dominica and why are iPhone users getting the call?

Got the same call 6:55 am PST am hour ago. Actually missed it. Called back and my phone said i dont have enough money on my account to place the call. Blocked all numbers I found on this thread. Thank you

Do not answer or call this number back. They call at extremely early hours.

I just got a call from this number 1:00 PM EST.  The last several days I have been getting random calls from different countries.  I kept saying hello but no one responded.

Since it only rings once for everyone, I am pretty sure it's a baiting bot. For those thinking it was related to the Target issue, I don't even have a credit or debit card to my name. For reference, I have a Samsung with Verizon, but pretty sure that has nothing to do with it. If you have used your number for ANYTHING, especially apps on a smartphone, it is out there for scammers to buy.
