No--and they have NO intention of doing that. I dealt with them years ago when they kept harassing me over a utility bill that had already been paid. I cut the ringer off my phone. They eventually stopped calling.

We got a call from them too,
They said they were collecting for UPS and that we had an outstanding bill for $4,000+ and wanted us to set up an automatic funds transfer. We do have an account with UPS but always pay our bills on time.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said that maybe the bill got lost in the mail.

I told them to fax over a copy of the bill but we would not be setting up an automatic funds transfer. They have still not faxed over any bill.

Claimed they were from UPS accounting office. I guess they thought this was my first rodeo.

Called my husbands cell phone today looking for MY father, not his.  Asked them where they found our number and they just ended the call.

770 300 2500 NCO on caller id.  asked for an old boyfriend i dated more than 15 friggin years ago.  i kid you not.  they needed to contact him to "update some info on him". yeah, right. i told him that was another lifetime ago and i haven't seen him since. unbelievable. he was one of those relationships you literally run from never to look back, if you know what i mean.  they had me down as a known acquaintance. after 15 years??? too scary for me.

called looking for our son who doesn't live with us, they call us all the time, I guess they must get paid by the call, not by the results and I am getting sick of it!

Called at 7:53 pm on 3/11/09.  Very slick, since the cutoff time to call is 8pm.  Male caller, very polite, looking for my deceased sister who was a financial deadbeat.  They had MY name, phone number and address!  I told them she is dead and to leave me alone and to lose my number.

Called my new unlisted phone number. They also identified themselves as federal agents. I told them not to call back that I would report them to the attorney generals office. I hung up and he called right back. They somehow got my new number and are trying to collect on a debt that was discharged in federal court in 1995!

Second time 'Stacey' has left a voicemail looking for someone I have never heard of. They quote an ID number and a phone number to call them back... 1 877 534 6916

Exact same thing happened to me today. Received a call from person who ID herself as federal agent looking for my step brother. Was told he used me as a reference however; I have not heard or seen him in 10 years. When I explained to them that he had knowledge of my address or phone # she repeated my exact address and phone # back to me. After looking into this I contacted the Atlanta FBI etc. When she returned my call I blasted her dumb a**. They are a real piece of work and it is against the law for them to ID themselves as a federal agent.

Would not identify what the business was; so I refused to speak to them. Suggest you do likewise.

Get calls regularly from these jokers looking for my brother with a very important message! (they leave a message in the VM so I know it is for him.) He doesn't even live in my state.  Never has.  Never lived with me anywhere, except my parents' home.  Why they calling me?
