I got the call from a "Mrs. Tomlan" with the P and A investigation division with "this needs immediate attention" making this sound like I was in trouble with the law. It was a call about an old friend I haven't seen in years and his debt. He left my number with some creditor and now this bill collection company is harrasing me. These guys are a joke. I'm defintiely filing a complaint. Thanks for the link and info Alfalfa.

Thank god I found this site! I've never been to georgia and have 0 debts under my name. I don't even know how he got my number. Creep!

I have no idea why this person is calling me from GA of all places. Left a message that it is imperative that I returned his call. Did not leave any details as to why he was calling me.

Thank you all for posting re this number! This "investigation officer" really left an intense message on my cell phone and it's wonderful to know I'm not alone (not that I wish this on anyone lol).  I had no idea you could Google this and I'm relieved.  Thanks again.

I AM SO THANKFUL FOR THIS SITE  I got a message from Investigator Martin from P and A Investigations Division saying he needed me to contact his office, that he had a situation that needed IMMEDIATE attention.  It freaked me out a little and when I couldn't find ANYTHING about him or his office on the internet I tried just googling the number and ended up here.  My mom has worked with the FBI to catch scams before so I was leery of the call since I know I haven't done anything wrong nor any of my family.

Investigator Martin called left rude message looking for another person said it was an urgent matter to get ahold of him..   Don't Bother-  SCAM!!

I respectfully request that the firm Purdie and Associates be prosecuted under the fullest extent of the law pursuant to 15 USC §§ 1692 § 814 and State laws regarding Fair Debt Collection Credit Practices.

Received voice message beginning with our last name saying the caller was Investigator Martin and it was imperative we call him back.  When we did we were told by another investigator they were looking for my brother.  I have nothing to do with my brother, we have different last names, and I don't know how these people got my number.

Purdie & Associates called saying he was an investigator. Identified himself as Martin Hare, he said "This call was of an urgent matter please call him back at 770-451-9729. SCAM!

There Website states that they work Hand and Hand with Local, State, and Federal Authorities to get Restitutions for THERE Clients.

CALL ANY COUNTY IN GEORGIA ... FULTON, DEKALB, COBB, GWINNETTE, etc.  It is Certain they have never heard of this company. They are only Debt Collectors. Then saying that they go after people for Child Support Payments. The Owner Rashay Purdie has 3 children and he himself is behind on Child Support Payments and in court now with Child Support Matters.

Lets not forget the professionalism they mention they have when dealing with companys to help collect a debt. Given their lies I would never use them unless I wanted my company to be sued.
