A hang up call

We had 2000.00 stolen from us from these people...The FBI does need to be contacted to STOP these people!!

The State of Nevada, Department of Business and Industry Financial Institutions Division issued Interchange Payment Solutions, LLC an order to cease and desist unlicensed activities on April 10, 2009.  In it is listed a total of "13" findings of facts.  the two the stand out are: #10.  The respondent is not now or has ever been licensed as a collection agency by the Division and #12 Respondent engaged in the business as a collection agent in the State of Nevada without first obtaining a license to do so. I want my money back and some.

I received a phone call from a friend that used to work with my husband over ten years ago.  He said this lady named Emily Jackson called him regarding a civil complaint filed against my husband, and asked if my husband would call them back.  I called them back and was told that it was a law office whose only objective was to locate and serve, because they had already tried on numerous occaisions to contact him at a previous address, to no avail.  I said "No s*** we havn't lived there in over 4 years!"  Then they said they would try to get me a settlement based on that information.  I toldthem I could not pay the total amount andoffered a partial payment.  They of course accepted and set up another  date for the remaining payment.  I could not find their information to call this morning so I could make that payment, so I did a web search to find it and all I could find on them was this site.  So it appears I was duped into this scam and I will be contacting the police department and attorney generals office.  The sentme a letter in the mail, what a surprise, no phone number.  The address is 2300 West Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV

I got scammed by these people but the police won't file my report until I can prove that the money I gave didn't go towards the debt my husband owed.  I am working on proving that at this point and so far everything is in my favor.  As soon as I get this info I will be taking my MANY pieces of evidence to my local PD, who will be fowarding it to Las Vegas PD, fraud division, and also Atlanta PD that not only these people are scammers, but, their so called "auditing companies" Interchange payment solutions and Teleport LLC. are not LIGIT companies at all.  Their "auditing" companies are the ones who take the money out of your bank account with ready made checks.  One of the addresses, for Interchange payment soultions is out of Las Vegas, NV.  The address does exist, in fact Interchange payment solutions IS registered with that building, however it is virtual office suites, therefor, they use the address but are untraceable without getting a warrant through Las Vegas PD to go into Davinci Virtual Office Suites and get info on these people.   Their Georgia Office is also a Davinci Virtual Office suite address, which means, they don't really work out of that office either.  They are somewhere else, probably in New York where their bank is?   I know you sick scammers like to come through and read what people say about you and I hope you read this, IM NOT SCARED OF YOU, I WILL FIND YOU, I WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT, AND I WILL WIN!  I'm very close to finding out who you really are, and, I will not give up until I do!!!  I would consider myself the next Erin Brokovich, at this point, I won't stop until you are prosecuted.  Sincerely, Nunya Business

I received a call from a man named James Moore. He said that my county was filing a complaint against me regarding an unpaid loan I had supposedly taken out 6 YEARS AGO or more! I NEVER received any notification or letters in the mail. I've been at my address for 9 years! The special investigator was very nasty and made threats and asked for my checkings information to draft the monies that I supposedly owed. I am looking into this further.

Someone called my me, my mother & my father's exwife looking for my mother today.  Said he was a Chief Investigator etc.  Former stepmom called them back.  They lied & said Mom had given them the her phone # & address as her home address.  Told her a deputy was coming out to her house to find my Mom.  They live 8 hours away!!!  I called then called them... said they were looking for my mom to serve her.  Then they said it hadn't been filed at all.  Shady shady shady!! Plus the county they said they were filing out of is NOT even our county!!!!!

I recieved a phone call today from this number; someone who had my name and current address and my former sister in laws address.(former as in 20 years ago). He stated that I was being sued in my county by Household Bank.It was a credit account unpaid from 1991 until 1999. I have no such account and questioned why it would take ten years and this was the first time I was notified. They coundn't answer that. I was told they were going to send me information. I told them I looking forward to reading what ever they had and forwarding it the the MD Attorney Generals Office for investigation.

so called "special investigator" called me and said i had a complaint filed against me in my county. didn't even know my county name. i contacted the county and they had no record of any complaints or anyone trying to sue me. BULL SHI... scamming predators!

I agree, if I called the FBI every time a telemarketer or a wrong # called, I would need my own FBI team. Get a life!

THE FBI? WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE THESE DAYS ?  WITH INTERNET DIRECTORY ASSISTANCE AND ALL THAT WRONG NUMBERS ARE VERY VERY COMMON. IF YOU DON'T WANT THE POSSIBILITY OF GETTING WRONG NUMBER CALLS .. GET RID OF YOUR PHONE. THINK THERE ARE A FEW BETTER THINGS THE FBI HAS TO DO.

why would you call the F.B.I.?? What is wrong with you? Was the call for you or someone else?

I RECEIVED THE SAME PHONE CALL  I HAVE REPORTED TO THE   COPS THEY ARE  LOOKING IN TO THIS # PLEASE REMOVE THIS # AND THE FBI WAS  CONTACTED AS WELL

I received a phone call from this number...a gentleman said he was an investigator and said my number was a contact # for someone named Chris Harrington...did I know him...I said no and he said he would remove my number!!!
