its a bottom feeder,,,,collector...i answered the phone,,,and said blow me,,,YES BLOW ME,as the tellie hung up,i thought i heard a voice,,,but i guess not,,,they use a telephone switcher,calling for some where,,,but shows a local number,,,,good try but no winnie,,,,,,SO THEY CAN BLOW ME

No they can call up to 9 pm according to the law.

Got this call, but no one responded when I answered. Sounds like a robodialer to me.

Get a call a month from this number, asking for my wife, Carolyn.  Says his name is Steve with ARS.  Asked what ARS is, he says it is his employer.  Last call came at 8:08 PM.  Is it illegal to harass this late?

This is a collecion agency. Unfortunately they call using the telephone book. If you have a common name, which my case, they are going to continue to call. They told me to call 1-800-440-6613 ext 3672. I told them they have the wrong person. The middle initial does not match my name and I bet they will call back next week. They have been calling me for about three months now.

continous calls with no message. tried to call it back and got either a busy signal or it kept ringing until it hung up on its own.
