they keep calling my cell phone number looking for my nephew claiming to collect a debt
tracked number that was left on my voice mail on goggle company is a fake collection agency called
affidavit collection services fort pierce fl. 34945 agents use european names but have asian indian accents

They cheated me too. They got 655 from me. When filed complain against them they paid me my money back.

So these people have been calling me since March, they have me ssn, address, moms maiden name, former adress, where i work and have called my boyfriend, mom, grandma and sister! they stopped calling for a while, but just started up again today, i have them threatening me and saying theyre going to f*ck my life up, i threatened to sue them and they said good luck and ill go to jail! wtf is this!!!! i supposedly have a loan in cali and they wont tell me how much its for, they are all indidan men that call me and have names like matthew and john, sorry but i dont know many indian men with heavy indian accents with a typical america name!!!

these people called me last week what pissed me off they left a message with my supervisor a day when I was not in the office. However, they did call me at home and left a message.  I did call them and lased into hem and they were so pissed off they hung the phone up on me. They just called again and I informed them that I am so glad you called the Attorney General and the fraud unit has been looking for you. I filed a compliant since last year I want the money you owe me. Last year they were known as Financial Accoutability Association. Dean Jones supposdly out if California.  Tell them since they so call have your information to forward the money they owe you to your account for your time and trouble.

2 foreign speaking freaks, one by the name of steven acclain have called me at home nonstop, at my workplace nonstop, and left theatening voicemails on my cell phone.  They said I owed them $700 plus dollars, wanted my debit card or checking account # when I decided to call them back and fish for info about them their # was disconnected!!!  They had threatened to take a warrent out on me twice. These mf's are a sure scam and they need to go back to the f----- country they came from.

LOL Ive been getting these calls to. The first time i was so scared, but then a co-worker told me to chill out it was obviously a scam. They still call me and i curse them out every time, one of the guys named Michael Miller said he wanted to marry me, i told him to go marry his camel jockey mother instead. I also called the cops but they said nothing could be done unless they actually take money from you.

This company has been reported to the FTC, and I am filing a police report.  They are overseas because the ID # comes up a bunch of 0's.  They called my mother, and told her that she was being sued for fraud because she was a reference.  Then my mom told them to stop calling and as soon as she hung up, they called again 2 or 3 more times within seconds of each other.  They told her they could call her all day.  She told them she wanted their name, so that her daughter could report it to her attorney and they then changed their tune to saying we are only trying to help you.  So, when I got the number I called them.  I told them that there are several complaints on the interent about them being complete frauds, which there is, and that I am filing complaints against them.  He then yelled at me and stated that I was a fraud because I do not pay my bills.  I then tried to get information on this so called loan I owe, which I have never had.  He wouldn't even tell me how much, he just responded that he wasn't going to tell me because I was not going to pay it anyways.  They are the most rude people, but then again I have never known a nice theif.  I will be taking every step to stop these people.  Just because they are not in the US does not mean something cannot be done.  They are tapping into US phone system and defrauding the American people.

Received a call with the listing of "Unknown number" on my cell phone.  Voice mail left stating that a Jason Stone is trying to reach me, to pay for an uncollected Cash advance from Cash Advance USA.  I have NEVER heard of Cash Advance USA, and have never taken out a cash advance.  They left a callback number of 772-318-4938 to call, stating that they were from the FDIC and they had an investigation going on, and had all my personal information.  

I called them back, and could tell that Mr. Indian Man was reading from a script about the investigation, the judgement, etc.  I then asked that he mail me a copy of the court order and the case information, so my attorney could review it, to which is responded OK, be ready to get arrested by the police, then he hung up on me (never verifyying my address, of course).

For fun, I called him back, and without even identifying himself, he stated that if I continued to call him back, he would sue me for harrassment.  (I thought that was hillarious!!!)

These foreign idiots keep harrasing me at my place of employment claiming there is a lawsuit filed against my social security number (which they have) for a payday loan I did not even take out! They use foul language and threaten me. I dont know how to get them to stop. They have a very thick accent yet use names like Jason Storm and Daniel White? They obviously hack into websites and got my personal information. I hope to god they are caught

I just had someone call me from this number at my work with all my personal information claiming that I took a loan out last year and the bill is now up to $7,500, but I could pay $401 to settle it today.  As soon as I asked for details because I couldn't understand what I owed - everything has been paid.  He said you owe this so pay it.  So, I said, that's fine.  I'll pay whatever I owe if in fact I owe it, just give me details so I can call the NH Banking Commission to verify your office - he hung up.  Two men called.  One named Steve McLane and the other Nicholas Thomas.  He claimed that 7 agents were investigating me for fraud and that one of them was from the FDIC.  I guess he didn't want me calling the NH Banking Commission to find out...

My  mom  got a  phone  call today  telling her that I was  going to get a social  worker to my house if I didn't  pay my loan. I never applied for a loan. What BS.

I recieved a call from this number as well (772-318-4938) they told me they were calling from the FDIC (federal deposit insurance corporation) I called FDIC and gave them their number and a guy's name (Nicolas Thomas) and informed them that they were using their name stating they were trying to collect on a debt.

I got a call from a Ben Johnson saying that he was pressing charges against my social security number and I better him back immediately or I would be arrested.

They called me today 10 times...they harrased me to no end! they also called my job...I asked what do they want, and he said that they would arrest me and file a suit against me. I told them that I would not talk to them, and to send by mail "whatever" they have. Im going to wait and see, but I have a feeling this is BS!

They hack into online sites and get all of your personal information. Be careful with what you put your information on.

Same issue, got a voicemail and calls from this number claiming they want to claim a debt from my mother. Saying I'd be responsible for the debt if she didn't pay. I knew they sounded like bs. I almost killed my mother. They used a name like Steve something yet sound straight Indian. A**holes. I got into an argument with one of them because he didn't want to tell me how much this "loan" was for. That he couldn't disclose that information. Yeah ok. He hung up on me. Guess he didn't like what this New Yorker had to say.

Unfortunately they will continue calling you because the number that shows up on caller id is 000-000-0000. I have filed a complain with the federal trade commission once this guy named Carl Petersen identified himself as a representative of the FDIC.  Good luck on this.

These people kept calling after hanging up on them 3 times I decieded to talk to them. Mr. Johnson stated If I did not pay $508.00 tonight. A cash advance place was going to take me to court and put me in jail and fine me up to $7900, for not paying back the money I owed them from last April. When I told him it was not me He said someone else must be useing my info and I should just pay this to clear my ss#. What a joke. These people really need to get a life and leave us alone!

Received a call from this number said I got a loan from Cash Advance USA back in September 09. Never paid back the loan and I know owe them 501.00. They told me my ss# was under investigation and I had a legal case against me. Supposedly the man's name was Kevin Brookes and Nicholas Smith. I could hardly understand them do to their accent.

THIS NUMBER CALLED ME AS WELL SAID THAT HIS NAME WAS JAMES JOHNSON.  AND THAT A LEGAL SUIT HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT ON ME.  MY FIANCE GOT ON THE PHONE AND HE ARGUED WITH THE GUY FOR ABOUT A HALF HOUR.  THE SUPPOSED JAMES JOHNSON WOULD NOT GIVE HIM ANY COMPANY INFORMATION THIS IS DEFINATELY A SCAM THIS NUMBER CALLS ME ABOUT 10 TIMES A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK.  WHAT TO DO ??

They have called me at work, at home and obviously have found others to call as well.
I dont know what they want.
I will not talk to them or give them any info.
They also said a lawsuit was filed against my SSN.
They are full of it. I dont owe anyone.
I PAY ALL MY BILLS AND ON TIME as well.

Okay so this jerk David Lincoln for ACS just called my daughter claiming that she owed for an on-line loan in the amount of $300.00. He told her that they had an arrest warrant for he and that the police would be at her house waiting if she didn't pay. She was at work and in tears.
I called them back (one pissed off momma cat) and demanded the supercisor. I told him I would sue them so fast the hair would curl off their heards. You know what the a** told me..."Don't tell your father how to f**k". WTH!!! When I Googled the number I found this. ****FURIOUS!***** What can be done to report this abuse!

Just got six calls from this numbert this morning-- staticky connection, Indian accent, Steven something from "ACS."  Left messages saying there was an "affidavit" against me and I could be arrested.  Saying my ss is under investigation.  This is not the first time this is happened to  me, different numbers have been calling me since March of this year, 2010.  Different names, locations.  It is ridiculous.  How can these people be stopped?

my calls have been coming from an Indian-sounding fellow calling himself "Ross Taylor", from ACS...the last message he left for me this morning was to inform me that if i didn't call him back to make payment arrangements for the alleged-loan i never took out, he would "call my office until i was fired"...nice.  I was also told that they will be at my office with "two men" to arrest me...guess what?  here in the great US of A, we have NO DEBTORS PRISON, so if they tell you this, it is complete BU***HIT!  you can also NOT rceive an affidavit by e-mail...I have also been harrassed by these folks for months now....they took a break after my attorney/brother called them, but THEY'RE BAAAACK!

Just got a call at work from this number--super staticky connection, dude was clearly Indian but called himself "Richard Wilson" from "ACS."  Tried to intimidate me by telling me he knew where I worked (obviously, he called me there) and told me there was an "affadavit" against me and I could be arrested.  Didn't actually give me any info about what I'd allegedly done wrong or anything, just kept threatening and harassing.  I told him clearly six separate times that he could not call me at my office number again; he said if I didn't call him back tonight he would continue calling me there daily--pretty sure that's illegal.  Bunch of scumbags.
