i just a call today, 10:16a, jan 17, 2013.  i get them periodically! caller id said florida call, so i didn't answer it as i know only one person in florida - my cousin and that isn't her number and i always call her!

Monarch Financial Services - this is a scam company who incessantly and repeatedly sets out robocalls for the purpose of engaging clients to pay for "tax lien relief" program.  

I have filed a complaint with FL Attorney General's office, FTC and FCC.  Additionally, I will be filing lawsuit to recopu lawfully entitled fee from companies who engage in abusive robocalling practices.
