I put them on "call reject" the first time they called, a few weeks ago.
Every day, ever since, when I look at my call log on Comcast, it shows ten or twenty calls within a minute, every day.
So glad I don't have to hear them calling, and the pigheadedness of their auto-dialing has convinced me to steer clear of them, even if they claim to be giving energy away free.

I think they were trying to sell me cheap energy, but I really don't remember. But the frequency of their autodialer tells me I *really* don't want anything to do with them.

They call several times a week. Each time, I take the call. About half the time, someone actually comes on the line. When I do get a live person, I asked to be removed from their list. Each time, they say they will remove me from the list, but I continue to get the calls.
Very frustrating.

This company is Public Power, Inc. an alternative power supplier to ComEd. The caller claimed that I could save up to 20% off my monthly bill and get some sort of gift cards/rewards if I signed up with them. I called ComEd to ask them about this and they said that deregulation in 2010 opened up the market for competition. If you sign up with Public Power, Inc or another power supplier, ComEd would still be the distributor of your power and do any repairs to the infrastructure. You would essentially split your electric bill between two companies. ComEd referred me to pluginillinois.org for more info.
