Called the number back it is from Dynia and Associates debt collector freaks!! Can't get blood from a turnip, and I don't answer when they call.

have an item on craigs list they called i didnt answer then they text me. wanted to send cashier check for item told the firm cash only due to fraud, the told me thanks and bye.

Some girl had my number saved as this... Weird.

i get calls from these 773 numbers frequently. using google voice i block them and send them to spam. however, NEW different and UNIQUE 773 numbers come in to bypass my blockers. The worst thing is that when I call back, they disconnect and block me.

These are my speculations.

1. they are auto dialers that are calling to meet outbound calling quotas
2. they are designed to inentionally disrupt our lives for only that purpose
3. it is a way for all the collectors to fight back at me for blocking their calls
4. a way to probe if a number is valid, therefore calling back only makes more calls happen, so DO NOT CALL BACK
5. Collectors are using Crowdsourcing, or FLASH MOB techniques upon our numbers. They are creating one time numbers that cannot be traced similar to spam email. For me these are ANONY attacks where the attacker is unknown and similar to distributed denial of service attacks, except upon the phone number. In fact, you may be on the ANONYMOUS hate list.

Get GOOGLE VOICE, get new Cell phone number, do not let it show on Caller ID and only give out your GOOGLE voice number to at least keep your private number a bit harder to find.

I would further speculate that phone company workers can be bribed to give out your phone number.

The last thing you should do is scream at them, or even waste your time worrying about them. Let it roll off your back. Hopefully someone will come up with a way to overcome this, until then, do not lose sleep and get the GOOGLE VOICE so they cannot physically disturb you.

they are calling me at work... 4 times in one day. i am going to take legal action ...

so they just called me back and gave me an 800 number to call them back on. ha...... if ever. the number they gave me was 1-800-955-7693. watch out people. they will take everything from you.

A Jerry Newman calling me to give me a government grant......really? I'm not dumb. he sounded middle eastern. Jerry Newman is so not middle eastern with horrible english!!!!

so I keep getting calls from these people and they are claiming to be a government grant company giving out free money that obama has set up to help people out in the ressesion. they asked me to pay about $5 for a prossesing fee. i told them i didn't have that to see what he said and he said u can use a cad from a family member or friend. yea right. just a few months ago i had my identity stolen from creeps like these and now i have nothing because I was stupid enough to believe it the first time. It's a scam people. and even if you ask them to take you off of the calling list they won't. they will just hang up on you so they can act like they didn't hear you ask them. I have changed my number three times because of them and they find me every time. once i told "jerry" that i wasn't interested because i felt like it was a scam and he hung up on meand then called me somehow using my home phone number and cursed me out, threateded me, told me to do obscure things to him. I filed a police report and they told me that there is nothing they can do to stop these peplke bacause they are in a different country and it is out of their jurisdiction.

My daughter was receiving calls from them.  
I spoke with "Jerry Carter" and told him to "remove my daughters name and number from their list,... NOW!"  

I repeated myself and timidly, he said I will, right now and hung up!

To get revenge I put them on my automatic dialer from Michigan. Called them 45 times yesterday.

I just recieved a call from this number telling me I have a grant, but yet I have to pay an app fee. Now, I have had a gov grant before an you dont have to pay an app fee. Please get these people

I  received a call from this number talkin' bout' I qualify for Goverment money then asking me for my bank account and routing number. I think it's all a SCAM

This number has called me 5 times today. The last night an hour after I went to bed. I called it back since they woke me up. I stated very unkindly they woke me up. Asked who the hell they are and what do they want? They are a financial company giving away "free money." Yeah, free money my a**. I gave them 5 more words, Don't. Ever. Call. Me. Again.

They keep calling me. I dont answer and hey dont leave a message. smh

Repeated prank calls

They call me at all hours, then hang up without a response. Well I called back yesterday and asked them to remove me from their list, they just hung up. Today I called 6 times and everytime I asked for them to remove me, they hung up. Once I asked how they got my number, they hung up. Then I gave one guy a piece of my mind, he actually told me to say PLEASE. I yelled that I said please yesterday! and the first 2 times! I said please, he said "please what" and I yelled. They all have the same foreign accent, like east indian or from the phillipines. So I'm just going to call my phone company and BLOCK THEM.

I have a tracfone prepaid phone I use for emergencies. I just took the phone out of my purse & it said I had 11 missed calls. only my 3 daughters have this # - I am disabled, don't own a car,etc. I do remember against my better judgement typing this number in while doing a survey online after filling out a free sample form. I typed in my home phone# first but it wouldn't let me submit without putting in my cell #. - I think it was a free sample ad that appeared on facebook. It asked alot of medical questions & soon after I was getting ALOT of calls on my home phone for all kinds of medical items - I get my diabetes test strips through the mail & am happy with the Co. I have heart trouble, & severe back problems,etc. so these callers wanted to offer me all kinds of items. I am sure this company got my # online - my income is low - but I was a taxpayer from the time I was 14 & I am not going to take advantage of the govt with things I can live without & believe me I have went 10 days without milk -let go of my pride & called my brother. I hate companies that rip people off. I will never give out my cell # online again. This # called 3-5 times in one day.

They call me at least 10 times a day, all hours of the day.

NEVER NEVER NEVER GIe your credit card information to someone that calls you and say you won anything!!! If you won, why would they need your number. IT IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL LEED YOU DRY! I am putting call block on my phone .

They called me saying that there are a Freedom Group Funding calling that I quallified for money. Now I never applied to any Freedom funding corporation but somehow they know the college that I 'm staying at. plus this lady called me repeatedly giving me different names but yet it is the same voice -___-. I'm not messing with these idiots cause I don't need the money. I'm already taking out a acceptable amount of loans as is, I don't need no bulllshit to start happening to me.

They say they need 4.50 to start/activate a One account for me. I Already have a higher one account, which is given to you if you're a college student receiving financial refunds. I looked up on the higher one website, and saw that they just made available new "edge" account available. It's a prepaid account you can digitally deposit money into. It costs 4.50 to activate. I'm not sure of that's what they were talking about.


It's a 90/10 shot that it's a scam or legit. They ask for your name, address, zipcode. Then by providing them with a credit card payment, they would have all the information required to extract money from your bank account digitally. Not worth the risk.

If they are trying to help, they're doing it wrong. Know that it's a business that has outsourced them an assignment, they are probably elanced and agreed take on the job for pay. Given drop phones, and instructed to read off a "scripted" pitch, these annoying Indians are just peons, while the real mastermind sits back.

Lady said she can give me funding for help with whetver i need snd i wo t hsve to pay back. Woe tbats sketchy. I already kno the gamezz there are desperate people who need Casj who'll give out their credit #'s to Kay a small fee for a huge free loan but I am.sure its sd scam. I have been getting calls sll week from many different numbers and all calls end up asking for k card #'s at some.point.
