This number and 773-329-4497 belong to ICS a collection agency and shows up on my caller ID as "Illinois Call", today they called using both numbers and a recording started which just stammerd saying "This is a call...This is a call ...This is call". I cannot get them to tell me what they want so nuts to them! This is their site.

What a joke! These people are clearly amatures. They are rude, offensive, and pushy. They haven't a clue about how to talk to people. They only ask questions and never give any basic information. Like who they are or why they are calling. They only say, "what is your number, what is your name, can we verify your mailing address. We need to verify your account" HELLO!? What account! who are you people? They could easily be scammers trying to steal your identity.

Clearly, they're a payment collection agency. Though what bothers me is I should owe them nothing & they have no answers about whom/or what they represent. Also bothers me that when they call they assume I'm going to lie & say, "Joan doesn't live here" so they call using nicknames like Joanie . Sad excuse for an entrapment scheme.

I called back after a few missed calls and the lady who answered was rude. She refused to answer any questions and was so defensive. She never wanted to say who the company was or what was the reason for the call. She eventually hung up on me. Rude rude rude... how can you run a business with this type of receptionist
