I just got a call from this phone number.

These people call and leave very detailed messages about my payday loan to third parties. I listed two of my friends as a personal references on a loan I took out. The call my friends repeatedly and harass them and threaten them. The say I am being investigated for bank fraud. They tell my friends they are responsible for the debt and try to scare them. I am humilate! I have tried to contact an attorney, but they said it was too hard to try and track down these scammers and they could not take my case. I have filed complaints with the FTC and nothing has happened. I am frustrated. They won't quit!

The scammers have evidently changed their name again to  " International Arbitration Services"; they no longer use "hanson law".

Whatever you do, DO NOT PAY THESE CLOWNS A DIME.   I have been dealing with them for almost 6 months now.   I have sent certified letters asking for debt validation and cease and desist letters.  Also I asked for debt validation over the phona as well as told them to cease calling.   They ignored all requests.   The have broken almost every FDCPA law there is.   I have finally otained a free attorney who handles dealing with these type of low life bottom feeder debt collectors.

what was the final outcome? i received a call from them also and are demanding money. i am trying to get a hold of the place i took the loan out before i deal with these guys. i dont want to send money over to someone and they are not legitimate

Cashnet USA fraud dept told me not to pay.  the letter I got from Hansen Law Office was a cheap xerox copy with my info cut and pasted into it.  It said they had been hired by Cashnet.  The loan has been sold and once it is sold Cashnet has nothing to do with it.  They are being investigated by the FBI because they are frauds and scammers.  Use lots of different phone numbers and call at least weekly

Why are they being investigated by the FBI?  Who told you not to pay?

called my cell phone by woman named Jessica this time and said it is very important I call them back.  said they were Hansen and Associates.  I had a loan with CashNetUSA and it was sold off  to so called profile management.  Got a letter saying that this Hansen and Assoc are representing CASHNet.  I called CNU and got hooked up with their fraud dept. Was told not to pay --it is a scam.  Is being investigated by FBI, etc.

called my co-worker on her cell phone and said they can't get hold of me.  also said my co-worker signed something for me (of course she did not).  I am supposed to call Hansen law firm which I know is under investigation.
