Received a call from this number and some woman left a message stating that she was calling from Veri-Facts, Verifax, Verifacts, or a name similiar. She stated that she could not give any information on the voice messages but she had "beneficial information" for me. Could not find any information on this number no where on the web. From my research and finding out where this number was coming from, found out that they are located in downtown Chicago, at 525 W Monroe Street then also found out other information that they could be located in Niles, IL. So I really don't know where these people are located. All I know is that they are either a Debt Collection company or a skip tracer. I didn't call her back because these people want to know all of your information but refuse to give you any type of information. They want to know your SSN number, address, place of employment, phone number, and other information. Never give out any type of information over the phone because it could be a scam or a ruse for identity theft. They are a debt collection collecting on very old debts that have been sold several times. File a complaint with the state attorney general in Illinois and with the FTC.
