I received 2 calls as well.  The message given to me was in english, but the man trying to get me to press "0" sounded like he was mexican.  He couldn't tell me my name, but that I had a federal emergency located at the Cook County Prison.  The 2 numbers on my caller ID were 773-890-9830 and 773-847-9128.

We received 2 calls last night, caller id on both said PRISON.  I picked up the first call and listened to a recording but because it was Spanish the only thing I understood was AT&T so I hung up.  I did not answer the second call.  The phone numbers that appeared on the caller id were:  773-847-9744 & 773-890-9830.
