They called my cell phone on November 30, and on December 6 I received the exact same message from 630-401-8891. It was a computer generated call telling me I may be over paying for car insurance.

call to my cell phone. hit answer, and as I was putting the phone to my head, I could hear "this is a public service..." I didn't realize quickly enough that a recording was playing, and I said "Hello?" As soon as I made that noise, the recording stopped. I sat there on the phone saying "Hello?" to see if I would be connected to a boiler room, but nothing, and hung up.
